I don't recommend purchasing from this seller. I ordered two chromebooks to homeschool my children and I only received one. When Walmart reached outto the seller they never responded nor have I received a refund. I will write a review on my homeschool blog as well. This would of been a good opportunity to show customer service but.... As far as the quality of the one I did receive it runs really slow. However cosmetically it was in good condition.I would not purchase from this seller again. Buyer Beware.

I did not receive case and headphones, only the chromebook.Running OK, got what paid for. Damage to screen but only able to see in dark setting, does not effect picture at all. I was pleased touchscreen still working fine.Having to run couple of programs through chrome as unable to download certain apps, not compatible with chromebook.Camera hit & miss but overall satisfied with purchase.

The service of the retailer was great. The machine was delivered relatively quickly and the packaging seemed professional.However, as for the Chromebook itself, I was not too keen on the keyboard as it had small letters rather than capital letters. Another issue, I use an extra cable and mouse and found the response on the machine a bit slow, there was a momentary delay. I didn't have that problem with keyboard using the same mouse on other machines. Being a Chrome Machine, I could easily sync it with my mobile and other machines on my Google account.For the price I paid, it is well worth it, even if I only use it mostly as a "spare" computer.If I could, I would give it 3.5 stars , not 4 stars.

Straight Up Piece of Garbage!

The computer look like it they got from out of the garbage can. It was marred and scrathed up on both covers and the screen. The battery life is also useless. It does not hold a good charge. The battery goes down very fast. I had no idea it was going to be so marred and scratched up. They do not accept responses nor telephone calls. I am going to contact Walmart Corporate office and see if I can get a resolution and response.

Weary by the reviews but relieved they were wrong!

After reading the reviews I decided to pull the trigger anyway since WM has a good return policy.The Chromebook was in a very good condition and fully functional. Monitor, Inputs, Keyboard etc etc.It was a gift for a friend and I'm content with the quality for the price.Do I recommend this device or vender? Unless you're tech savvy be very weary of refurbished tech from any online vendors and make sure their return policy meets your assurance standards.

Wrong Product %26 End of Life

Advertised as a refurbished HP. Received a completely different Chromebook from Dell that was over 10 years old with different specs and scratched up screen. With Chromebooks, after they turn 10 years old they are no longer eligible for updates. Cannot use for my classes because Canvas rejects outdated versions of Chrome, as do many websites and applications, which will also not update on a Chromebook after they turn 10 years old. Walmart should do better prevention on scams by third parties sold through their official website.

I purchased an HP Chromebook, what I relieved was a DELL Chromebook. When I turned it on, it says it’s had its last automatics updates and if I wanted updates to purchase a newer model Chromebook, continue without updates or recycle the Chromebook. This was so my daughter could homeschool and I am just disappointed. Sent the wrong Chromebook and then, worse, a Chromebook that cannot update and needs to be recycled. And beyond scratched and scuffed up. These are supposed to be to be minimal wear and tear “like new”

This purchase was bad from beginning to end! When the computer arrived it powered on for 3 minutes and the batteries died. When i tried to plug it in the charger it wouldn't work at all. I found that the charger he sent with the chromebook was cut in two places. I contacted the seller and he sent another but it was the wrong one and wouldnt fit my computer at all. i again contacted him sent pictures and everything, and he again sent another charger which was AGAIN THE WRONG ONE. 3 TIMES! THIS HAPPENED. I finally just returned it to my local walmart and the gentleman that helped me there was so nice and kind and helpful. It is the worst computer I've ever bought off of you guys. It freezes. It's horrible. I have to do a it locks up. I have to do a power restart all the time.
