The first cartridge we purchased could not be read by the printer and did not work; however, we returned it to office depot. They did not have the XL in stock and only had one of the regular cartridge so they agreed to trade me for the one originally had and ordered another for me. I’m disappointing in the lack of value of HPs ink cartridges. The cost keeps rising and it seems the ink runs out even fast. I’m also not a fan of the printer wasting ink with mandatory, automatic printer head cleanings and test pages.

Purchased 4155e. Couldn't get it to print black. The color is only muted green and browns. Tried new ink, still not printing. Getting one more new one and trying. If that doesn't work, I might as well throw the new printer away!! Ridiculous how things are made now.

The HP 67 cartridge is a fine product with consistent quality of print. The only problem was the problem at the store where I bought my printer and where this cartridge has often been out of stock. HP 67 is clearly a very popular cartridge. Hopefully stocking it will be better.

I think HP ink, for that matter most all inkjet cartridges are way to expensive. I don't use that much ink and find the cartridges dry up before it is used up. Perhaps, HP should make sure that it doesn't go bad so fast....but why should they....it would probably decrease their volumes. Best Buy offered same day delivery on purchase and does a great job as a retailer.....but if I didn't have to buy this stuff, I wouldn't
Well, I believe this may have been an isolated case, but I bought my black ink on July 6, 2022. Used it once in July, about 2x each month thereafter until no ink and I last printed around Dec. 6, 2022 but on Jan. 6, 2023 no ink?? It's usually around the 6th of the month when I print because that's when I do my bills. So.....did it dry up because I only used it a few times per month? Did it dry up because it was old (bottom of barrel)? I don't know. I need ink, so I'm going to buy some as there's nothing I can do, "surely not buy a different printer" b/c you can run into the same problem. Overall, I like my Walmart and will definitely keep shopping there.
Just a warning, be careful with adding recommendations to your cart! I needed HP 65 color and black. I added the color to my cart and this was the recommended pair so I went with it not fully reading it was HP 67. Partly my own fault for not reading. So just a warning to be aware of what you’re getting! Other side these ink cartridges are okay, they don’t last too long but the quality is good.
I bought a combo pack--color and black. My printer was spitting out blank paper. We spent almost two hours on the phone with a tech trying to figure out why it wouldn't print. Last advice--buy a new printer. This one was purchased Jan. 14, 2021.As a last resort I bought a new black cartridge last Sunday. The printer is printing fine. So much for tech service. Obviously the combo cartridges had a BAD BLACK cartridge.
We bought the HP DeskJet 4155e and had trouble setting it up because the black starter ink included was faulty. Live customer support was able to help me continue the start up by bypassing the starter ink (we purchased a new black cartridge). Live support sent a replacement cartridge to cover the cost of the newly purchased ink cartridge. It arrived in less than 10 business days, and that included Memorial Day.
It's an ink cartridge. I have received several emails reminding me to leave a review of an ink cartridge. It has ink in it. Wow. However, I can't understand why I have to provide an email address to purchase it, after waiting in a long line. I will be buying ink elsewhere.
It's an ink cartridge! It's doing what it's supposed to do, which is supplying my printer (HP Deskjet 2700 series) with black ink. I cancelled my instant-ink subscription with HP, and by installing this cartridge I have triggered an "error" that I can't clear, telling me that the cartridge is NOT instant-ink. Once I figured out that it's not really an error, I just disregarded it. I have also had a few cartridges dry out before, so I looked up how to preserve them: don't unplug the printer until it has been powered down and the power light stops flashing. The printer will move the cartridge into a position where it's less likely to dry out.
