The product supplied was exactly what it should be. The only dissapointment is with the fact that the HP cartridge system is SO expensive and SO inefficient.... we have now changed printer to an ink tank solution form Epson. It costs more but should recoup the cost differences in a year with the reasonable value of ink supplies. Shame on HO for putting so much tech into their disposable ink refils all to stop customers from saving on ink!

In my experience always use the printer manufacturers ink cartridges. There is a vast amount of technology in the ink at least as much as the printer hardware. You can destroy your printer if you use after market ink cartridges.

Soo - some greedy bean counter at HP has decided to GOUGE is users, by doing a firmware update to its printers that prevents the use oh non-HP cartridges. It’s like a car manufacturer making it mandatory to use one brand of fuel. We all know that the non-HP cartridges work just fine. After all it’s MY printer - if I want to take the “risk” of using non-HP cartridges, that’s my choice !
Still waiting for my original order to be delivered.. Four ink cartridges paid for. I didnt realise that Id have to collect them one at a time. One more to go. Where is it
I buy cartridges at least a couple of times a year and not using printer for business. These cartridges are very expensive. Tried after market cheap ones but printer won;t work. HP let's make these more economical please????
Went to OW store to purchase. Told that to get the multi buy discount I had to go away and order online, even though the product was in store at the time. Ridiculous waste of my time!
