Pros: Easy set up. Connects to devices quite quickly. Overall for the price great printer for those everyday needs. I use it for home and not a lot of printing done. But have printed images which come out great. Great for those everyday printing needs. Paper slots in back. Overall I'm happy with the purchaseCons: Would be great if there was somewhere to store paper when not in use as having it in an upright position at the backmakes it easy to damage the paper.

Very impressed with my printer. On set-up had a choice whether to use Wi-FI or attach direct via cable to my PC. It was straight forward to insert the inks as both tri-colour & blank ink cartridges were clearly marked how to insert them correctly on the manual & on the printer itself. And no need to use any DVD disc as the software driver itself was available to download via HP's website, and once there was prompted to add and confirm the model and it then began to download its software and even printed off information to aid me regarding how to connect via Wi-Fi and HP's instant ink service which I joined have two month free service on purchasr. Pros: 6 months of cartridges are included as part of the packageCons: We spent an inordinate amount of time trying to find a code for the 6 months of printer cartridges. It turned out that we didn’t actually need it. Including searching on the internet (others have had the same problem). We are both relatively competent with IT but the paperwork/instructions could be much clearer

I have used HP products for many years always great printers, but recently I have used Cannon & Epsom. When my last printer died. I decided to return back to HP once again. Good price, print is to the usual standard of HP brilliant I did struggle in setting up the printer, in the olden days they supplied a disc to install quick & easy. Being a pensioner all this modern stuff is beyond me nowadays. In the end I got my son to install it now I have it installed on computer and on my phone.
Pros: The printer is easy to set up and use. As I don’t have to do a lot of printing I find it is extremely adequate as a home printer.Cons: The printer feels a bit flimsy compared to my very old HP printer which still works but was not wireless. If you forget to pull the small plastic leaver out, your printed documents end up on the floor. The back paper feed means there are limits as to where you can place the printer ie not under a shelf.
Pros: I would say that this is a good basic printer, you get what you pay for I suppose. The liquid crystal display is a bit of an outdated feature and where I have my printer because of the shelf on my desk I'm unable to read what it says. I do most of my printing off my mobile phone. It find that sometimes it's a bit temperamental connecting to the hp app. The hp app itself is good if for a rainy day to entertain the kids with craft things word searches and things to colour in. I have signed up to the free 6 months delivery I don't know yet how this is going to work based on my unpredictable amounts I print. Print quality is good for coursework, scanning feature is good too which can be accessed through the app. Overall opinion is it does the job for the odd ... MorePros: I would say that this is a good basic printer, you get what you pay for I suppose. A bit of an outdated feature when lights beside the buttons could be used ie ink level, WiFi connection.
Pros: As a user of HP for many years, and needing a new printer due to wifi difficulties with my old one, I thought I would give this campaign a go with the Insiders and try out the HP 2721e. Box wasn't too heavy and everything packaged well. I started setting up the printer - do make sure the power cable is in the socket firmly otherwise it falls out!! First impressions, nice looking printer but a little plasticky not as robust as an earlier HP Officejet I had. Disappointed that they didnt even include a printer cable for if you want to bypass the wifi printing (luckily had one with my old HP printer). The wireless set up was not as easy as it could be (I was using a Windows 10 laptop) -- firstly the router couldnt find the printer - it was 3 metres away with no ... MorePros: As a user of HP for many years, and needing a new printer due to wifi difficulties with my old one, I thought I would give this campaign a go with the Insiders and try out the HP 2721e. The wireless set up was not as easy as it could be (I was using a Windows 10 laptop) -- firstly the router couldnt find the printer - it was 3 metres away with no obstruction.. second go and it found it... that was the easy part!!! Eprint is useless.. I spent ages attempting to set it up - the print information sheet would not print (tried over 10 times). Eventually something did work with eprint but it took 30 minutes after pressing print until it started printing!!! A few days later, my daughter attempted to print something -- would not work at all. Save your efforts and dont bother -- I am fairly good with technology, but the reviews on the HP smart app are very sketchy. Come on HP get it sorted ;-) Another thing the smart app was failing at was the ink estimated levels -- sometimes it shows, other times not. Wifi printing worked well - but again if you have internet problems, get yourself a printer cable to pop into the usb port, otherwise you will be stuffed. Printing is not fast but no problems to date - a bit clunky but the printer was only around £50 the 6 month HP Instant Ink was easy to set up -- already received cartridges through the post too -- just make sure if you don't want to continue with the free subscription to set up a reminder on your phone to cancel it. If HP sorted their app out and included a printer cable, I would be far more incline to recommend it.
Pros: I've already received an Instant Ink refill through the post (which was free, and welcomed). The form factor is compact and the paper feed and tray slide/fold away to keep the printer out of the way. Even when out, both take up minimal space. Leaving the printer wi-fi connected means that - when setup correctly - the printer is available via wi-fi direct, as well as connecting remotely. The send feature is very handy, being able to remotely send a document (when out of the house) and pick it up when at the printer. Printing time and quality varies dependant on selected settings. In general 300dpi prints quickly and well enough for everyday use. Where required 1200dpi - while taking longer - is crisp and clear. Colour saturation is great, and the text and image ... MorePros: I've already received an Instant Ink refill through the post (which was free, and welcomed). It took approx. 20 mins to troubleshoot.Subscribing to the Instant Ink service took longer than anticipated.
Pros: It does the job, print quality is good.Cons: I wasnt aware before buying it that I'm charged £1 every 10 pages I print. Which has been inconvenient. It was quite confusing to set up. It wouldnt connect to my phone.i followed the steps on the attached booklet. But once I had set it up & put through to print things it didnt work. I then pressed a button to see if it would print. It would print the automic file from hp but not my files. So I ended up waiting 3 pages on stuff hp was printing. And gave up sue to stress until the next day. I wouldve considered a different printer if I knew I'd be charged £1 for every 10 prints. In addition to being charged £2.99 per month for ink.I'm also being sent instant ink, but on my account it says my ink isn't low. Despite being charged £2 in 2 days.
Pros: Not much to be happy about.Cons: Hugely expensive to run. Cartridge hold 2.2ml and prints about 30 pages before running out. Very few compatibles available and they too are expensive. Very slow on scanning. Overall a big disappointment. I'm trying to sell it on Ebay to buy another brand.
