I've been using the device for a few weeks and although I'm happy with the hardware performance. Screen is really good and battery life is also good, probably not a full day in the office if you're using video but not too far off. It only needs 65w to charge via the usb C port so you'll always find something to plug into.However, the preinstalled Win11 image was incredibly slow even after performing all updates and de-installing the HP bloatware. My 8 year old i5 HP Spectre laptop was actually running Light Room faster so I decided to trash the drive and do a clean install of Win10 and it's now super fast. I suspect it was the HP Wolf security app that was the problem but I've not installed any of the HP apps and am not missing them.

Reference order no: 101527000004202. I have just received the laptop through bluedart courier. The Laptop is not working. It is not booting. Only the backlight is blinking every 12 secs. I tried pressing power button for hard restart but still its not working. Only Black screen is appearing and backlight is blinking every 12 secs. Kindly arrange to despatch a new laptop or send technician to rectify the issue. Matter most Urgent

Laptop is not as per expectation at all... write speed is extremely slow. 4kbps...
