I bought this product 2 weeks ago to replace the same model I purchased 5 years ago. The Piggyback Socket allows you to use the same power outlet for another appliance. If a neighbour's doorbell activates your door chime, its easy to change your door chime to another chanel. Simple to install & the Westminster chime is loud & can be heard throughout the house.

Works well. There are some features described on the instructions that are not a part of this model, but it works fine, was easy to install. Replaced my old one that was the exact same which stopped working when my neighbors had the same programming and I went to change it and it stopped working all together. Not sure how old it was.

Had it since 2012 served very well on same battery. Had to replace the outdoor unit recently due to lalfunction due to rust in the battery compartment. Great product with high volume sound that can be heared upstairs as well.
Our door chime has lasted 10 years without problems, but now switch seems to need new battery, plus diaphragm over pushbutton has deteriorated and cover screw has rusted into nut. HPM website shows replacement switch available
Great product, pass through power saves a powerpoint, is well made and sturdy and works really well. Is compatible with the old HPM bell buttons. Replaced similar item that was over eight years old I don't know how old. Can have different. Chime for front or back door.
Moved to our new home where this doorbell was installed. Put a new battery in and bell worked a few time then stopped working. The settings were reset a number of times but the same problem persisted
Complete rubbish. When it came time to replace the battery the small locking screw had completely rusted making impossible to remove correctly. I was forced to rip it off the wall as guests were pushing the button and not understanding why no one was answering.
we are very happy with the doorbell and because of covid and iso the bell has not had much of a workout. still all things come to those that wait. We have it plugged into a power point in the passage so no excuse for not hearinf it ring, Happy Customers
Excellent product. Only two chimes to choose from both suitable. Waterproof a bonus. easy to assemble, but screws provided very small so be careful not to lose them. Ring is loud enough to hear inside the house as indicated in specification.
