Those are amazing stats!!The JBL Tune 720BT get loud enough and have zero distortion. While using the JBL app you have access to equalizer settings and adjustments. I leave the sound flat as they come tuned very well for all genres of music. Plenty of bass, midrange, and high frequencies without sounding harsh or overbearing. In the app you have adjustment for your audio and video modes to assist with syncing and also your voice aware adjustment. Phone calls sound clear to me and also the person I am speaking to.On the headphone itself is a series of buttons on the right. Volume, power, play and pause are all easily adjusted. Long presses of these buttons give you more adjustments, such as track forward and back, and with the press of the pause/ play button summons your virtual assistant. I like how it easy it is to summon Siri when I need.After hours of listening, my head and ears feel fine without any fatigue or pain. The headphones clamp with enough force without excessive pressure to my head and ears. I wear glasses so I usually feel pain on my ears and where my glasses touch my head from headphones clamping to my head. I don’t get any pain or pressure with this headphone. They are very comfortable to wear all day long. The earcups have a good amount of cushion making them seal around my ear good and feel comfortable. At full volume there is minimal sound leakage which is great because I like to use these at night while watching tv in my bed next to my wife. She has never complained and or stated she hears them. These headphones don’t have any noise cancelling but still keep out outside noise very well.The JBL Tune 720BT are well built. They are very light and don’t hurt my neck or head from wearing them for extended period of time. I can easily use these for working out in the gym since they are so light and have the perfect amount of clamping force on my head without being overbearing.The JBL Tune 720BT are for sure a great offering in which I am enjoying. They offer allot for the price point in which they are sold at and can be used all day with no issues. A solid offering!

Right out of the box the headphones were half charged and ready to go. From power on to confirmed BT connection was at most 30 seconds. Downloading the JBL app was not required but can be used to fine tune the sound quality of the headphones. I immediately noticed how confortable the ear cups were and the padding on the top of my head. My ears fit perfectly inside the ear cups which made for a very comfortable fit. The on off was easy to find with the headphones on and a push of the button turns them on and pairs right away. Push and hold the button and you enter BT pairing mode. Theres nothing difficult about using the track forward and volume buttons. The sounds has really good bass, mids, and highs. If you are an audiophile, you will enjoy these. These surpass ... Earcup padding is plush, but the clamping force is pretty high so those with large heads will be feeling it after a long listening session. Those with normal-sized heads might be okay. Build quality gets a thumbs up.In temrms of sound quality, JBL's Pure Bass signature sound delivers deep, punchy bass while not sacrificing the mids and highs. Whether I was listening to music, podcasts, or watching movies, the audio experience ticked the right boxes for me. I'd recommend these for rock/pop/rap listeners, maybe not so much for classical. As with many other JBL headphones, sound preferences can be fine tuned using the JBL Headphones App. This is a feature that I really find valuable. While it's not a 12-band EQ, it provides enough customization to satisfy most people. Thumbs up on the sound!Restating, I think these provide great sound for the price. The battery lasts FOREVER and the sound is classic JBL. If you're a fan or rock or pop, these are going to provide you with all the JBL punch you're looking for. It was almost like a surround sound experience right into my ears.Next, I took them to the gym to see how they perform during workouts. The gym is usually a loud place with a lot of distracting sounds. Not only did it dull out the sounds of machines and weights banging around but they also stayed snug on my ears/head while doing intense training. The quality of sound really helped to keep me motivated during my workout and now they are my preferred headphones to use at the gym.The look is sleek. The sound is clear. The price is right. These headphones are a great value and has the superb quality you expect from JBL products. I love these headphones and I am looking forward to using them on my long flight overseas in a couple of months. I can’t recommend these enough!
Just got a pair of the JBL TUNE 720BT. Needless to say I wasted no time in checking these new headphones out! Packaging seemed a little better than average, with easy to open package and everything needed right there easily assessable (charging cable, small pin headphone wire to use with non-Bluetooth devices… a definite plus!). I do have to admit, I am not a fan of charging cables that are only ten-inches long.Now, the headphones themselves are quite comfortable, being an over the ear design. Which, by the way, has a very tight fit… not a ‘noise-canceling’ design, but does a great job of sealing out room/outside ambient noise.Wore these for well over an hour (initial charge was less than two hours from zero charge) without ever ‘tiring’. Sampled music from several genres and was quite impressed with the sound. Bass was not ‘boomy’, in fact, the bass was exceptional tight and realistic. The high end was very well defined and showed no strain when reproducing some pretty high and complex synthesizer sounds. I must admit that these phones are among the best sounding I’ve ever used. One of the surprises for me was the addition of a graphic EQ mode that was part of the phone pairing app. Very Cool!These are headphones that I would recommend to anyone that seriously loves music
I have found my new favorite "work" audio equipment!!These headphones are awesome!! The quality of the sound is fantastic. They are noise cancelling but do it without electronic wizardry. Just well insulated ear cups that don't let outside sound inside. I wear glasses and the ear cups get tight around them and I don't notice a difference in noise reduction if I am wearing my glasses or not. And with the available JBL Headphones app, you can custom tailor your sound to whatever makes you happiest for whatever music/media you are listening to.Given the sound quality and isolation factors mentioned above, I believe these are as good as many dedicated "Studio Monitor" type headphones. I can't say for sure what the actual battery live of these are, because I have not reached it yet. They are stated to have 76 hours of listening. I'm only giving them at most 40 hours per week. And I don't want to be without my new favorites,. so I charge them up over the weekend.These come with two cords. One cord is an audio cord so you can be wired to an output device (like my laptop, or an airline audio output) that is about 3 feet long. The other is the usual, way too short in my opinion, standard orange JBL power cord. And that is my only complaint about this product; the power cord is just too short. When plugged in on my counter, part of the headphone is dangling in air because the cord is not long enough. I usually end up just using a different USB-C cord. A small price to pay and you shouldn't let that deter you from enjoying the incredible sound these headphones provide.
