Scan the QR on the watch but unable to download the huawei app to connect the watch. Reached out to seller and he gave a link which had error and thus unable to download the app to use watch. Apparently the watch needs the app to even work a normal watch function. I'm totally unable to use the watch, reach out to seller and the response time is slow and didn't reply my last query after letting him know i am not able to downlaod. I am truely disappointed at the customer service from huawei. I Hope u look at my message and provide a refund.
