I ordered the Cove fireplace but it was not available and a George fireplace was offered which I agreed to take. This procedure was handled quickly and efficiently by email and a price adjustment in my favour occurred promptly. As for Modal Living (the supplier) I can only give them high praise for a genuinely good product. The packaging was superb - it would survive the roughest handling. The whole fireplace fitted together without problems and I can recommend the item without hesitation.

I absolutely love my my fireplace, my friends cant beleive what a difference it makes to my unit. Do yourself a favour and buy this product. It keeps you warm at night and if you just want the flame effect without heat it really sets the mood. Cant wait til Christmas to decorate with stockings and decorations to get into the spirit of christmas. I considered other fireplace mantels online but the sizes were very small compared to this life size fire place mantel. Delivery was to Qld was within days and easy to assemble. Would recommend to all my friends.

I purchased this product for my office. It is perfect, until you turn it on. It looks very fake,but honestly, what do you expect for a product that was only $750. I haven’t used the heater component, but it makes an excellent prop.

Fire surround is great quality and easy to put together. Flame- like feature is realistic and very cosy. The heater itself isn’t that effective so I could not recommend this as a primary source of heating but it works well as a supplementary heating source and it brings a classic fire look in to the room. This was priced really well compared to those available at other retailers.

Lovely piece of furniture, the fireplace looks so much more expensive, it was very easy to put together and all the pieces fit perfectly. The item was well packed and protected and arrived in two big boxes. It is used in the bedroom and adds some lovely heat, it gives a nice ambiance to the room. Very happy with the fireplace.

It came very well packaged double boxed. Three boxes in total. Skirting board needed to be cut to mage it flush against the wall. Easy assembled will need tools comes with everything all screws instructions and every piece alphabetically labelled. I got a carpenter to assemble and get it in my wall. It’s electric fan heat but the look mashed uf feel very comforting. It’s a heat that over some time will heat up a room. Glass is cool to touch. Definitely looks fabulous everyone has loved the look it’s created in my small home.

So impressed with this! As are my family and friends. It gives the room a focus and an ambiance that it never had previously, which is exactly what I was i aiming for! It was easily constructed/assembled by me (one minor mistake in the instructions) and put into place without any installation...just plug it in! I wish i could provide a photo in the review. Highly recommended for value, simplicity, functionality and effect.

Fantastic, looks great, great quality, easy to assemble. the only thing I don’t like is the noise of the fan as it’s at ear high when sitting.It’s only got a small fan heater at top of heater.Still very happy with the price.
