In all honesty I don't have kids so I use these for things like if I need a freshen up in the old pit area if I can't grab a shower for whatever reason. Cleaning my hands after eating. Removing face paint from work. These ones aren't very good for removing normal make up though so I wouldn't use them for that. Reasonable price and don't irritate my skin unlike some other brands. Would purchase again

We tried Pampers, Johnson's and various supermarket brands and concluded Huggies Pure are the best of the lot. They are thick enough, easy to get from the pack, and clean well with no nasty ingredients. They feel very gentle on the skin. WaterWipes are slightly better in terms of texture and they claim they contain only water and fruit extract but they are almost 3 times the price. Huggies Pure have a faint neutral smell which we much prefer. We tried Huggies Pure Care (with aloe vera) and the smell is simply overpowering and rather synthetic.

Really not a fan of their diapers and it seems to be no different for this wipe. I bought a box of 18x56 in May and we are finally down to the last packet of wipes. My experience was not great, Quantity wise it was excellent, I haven't been able to find another box by another brand with this many wipes. Quality wise it was a dud. 99% Pure water is written in the packaging but these wipes are very dry and they break apart so easily. They're supposed to be made with Natural fibers and I'm really not impressed because those fibers get left behind in my baby's bottom every single time we use the wipes. I'm never ever buying this again no matter how desperate I am for a box that will last. I don't recommend it at all.

I have received this product as a compliment gift from the maternity ward after discharging us from the hospital. Huggies Pure Wippes consists friendly to the baby wipes , with no perfume or other artificial stuff. The quality is really good according to the price , but in the same time I can not give five stars because of this.

Nothing special. They’re thick and the grooves are a little rough but they didn’t irritate my babies skin like the so they aren’t AS rough (nowhere near as soft as others though). There’s not much of a smell which is a bit of a con to me because some diapers need a little help clearing the nastiness. I know it’s a little lighter on the skin without perfumes, maybe if it cleaned a little better I wouldn’t need the scent? It just seems like some smells are a little too much for these and some smells are left behind after.. I hate the sticky closure, all wipes should have the snapping closure in my opinion so I took an extra star off for that. Having to worry about it closing perfect every time is irritating in itself. Tried bundle of different products for my little one! But this Huggies pure wipes gave best results!! Not irritating smell, best for baby sensitive skin, easy to wipe and suitable for all over the body!!! Thank you Huggies for this amazing product!!!

Pricing rip off

The wipes are brilliant but Asda are selling them 12 packs for £12 that's £1 per pack. They are also selling them 96p per pack so it's cheaper to buy them individually. Or they sell 4 packs £3.49 so if you buy 12 packs this way it's only £10.47..... Sort it out Asda!! Hardly a bargain if it's cheaper to buy them separately

The must have wipe!

I’ve been buying these for 15+ years even when my kids have been out of nappies they still really useful to wipe sticky hands, marks on door frames etc. I use them on my dog as well! There’s hundreds uses for them. My daughter also buys these for my grandson. I find them stiffer than the other well known brand so the wipe doesn’t slide around in your hand and is more effective and is good for kids with sensitive skin

Umm has anyone else noticed…?

Have been buying these wipes for years (yes even when they were £2.69 per single pack!) and they’ve always done the job so because we are a family with chemical sensitivities I thought I’d try the pure extra care wipes. Have just discovered that they contain a longer list of chemical ingredients which, in my mind, makes them less “pure”! And for that they charge more than twice the price. Don’t waste money - these work fine!
