If only I had received this item!!!!! I have been going round in circles trying to receive my missing two items which have supposedly been “picked and scanned” at the time of packing! What a load of rubbish!!! I have spoken with numerous agents over email who say that they will be looking into this…only for them to disappear and a new agent then comes on the scene to send exactly the same email! I am taking this further with my card company and trading standards. This company is a joke-AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They have told me three different stories about where my order is an accused EVRI of repackaging the parcel. I doubt I’ll ever receive my order reading the house of Fraser Twitter page I am not the only one experiencing this appalling customer service!!!

I purchased this after confirming with ASOS it was regular as bought on different site and came in slim fit. Advised in writing it was regular so ordered and arrived as slim. Frustrated and annoyed as wanted confirmation the description was accurate, despite confirming this it was incorrect

3XL Polo shirt allegedly is a 54 - 56 inch chest, yet on the Boss website, this 3XL Polo is actually a 50 inch chest. Don't trust any of the HOF men's size guides, completely inaccurate and will save time returning orders. Please update to an accurate sizing due to the manufacturers clothing label.
