This slower juicer is so amazing and totally worth the price. It’s a little bit expensive compared to other brand but trust me you get what you pay for. Since this is the slow juicer so the juice is very authentic and its tasted totally different from other brand. This is very easy to clean. There is very low noise. When you are putting fruits or vegetables in you can feel that this machine will get all the juice out from fruits and vegetables. My body feels so clean and healthy after only one week trying this juicer. Very worth buying 👍

I have a love hate relationship with the Hurom HZ juicer. When this product works, it works well and is able to extract nearly all liquids from fruit and vegetables. If I am using cold fruits, the juice is also cold which I like. I also really like how simple the juicer is to clean as it comes with a handy brush to get in all the nooks and crannies! Also the drying rack that comes with the juicer (shown in the accompanying photos) makes it easy for drying and storage. Now for the bad… I have had the chamber break multiple times while trying to juice lemongrass. I have followed the instructions and cut into very small pieces, but the chamber cannot always handle juicing them.. I have not had problems with any other fruits/veggies aside from lemongrass. This is a five star rating! I juice a lot, and have owned a few juicers over the years. This is the perfect kitchen countertop juicer for everyday. Take a cup of almonds, soak for 8 hrs, (removes the phytic acid so they are easier to digest) add one part pure coconut water to one part whole almonds, add to juicer....voila! Add a dash pink salt, dash maple syrup, dash pure vanilla stir, drink. If you want to be really fancy, and have the time, peel the almonds after soaking. Save the almond 'pulp' add to banana bread . This juicer really makes a great carrot 🍎 juice. Handles even the hardest fruits with ease! For a great green juice, it handles kales, chard, and other green and has the highest yield, with no blades touching, and best for health. 😇 yes, juicing is work, and we'll worth it using this juicer!

Do Not But

Do not but this juicer. It's horrible. Not user friendly at all. It was promising when I bought it. I want to drink celery juice. After carefully research, hurom seemed perfect for me. But after a using, I regret it. Things got stuck. You have to stop every 10 min. Can't juice in 1 sitting. The plastic little thing keeps falling out. I am so frustrated. I wish I csn return this thing.

Don't buy

This juicer was working okay. But very disappointed in the end. Please do not spend money on this juicer. Pulp gets stuck in it and in the end the lid did not open.I had to use extra force to open the lid and its broken in the end. what is the use of spending a lot of money on buying this juicer. It's so frustrating and struggling in the end. such a nuisance. I did not paid attention to reviews. But please read reviews before making a purchase. not a good quality. Not worth buying for expensive product.

Excellent, but wobble is concerning

I am extremely happy with how efficient this juicer is, and it has instantly become a part of my daily routine. I love being able to make juice from the apple tree in my backyard and am so pleased with the other fruits and veggies I've tried juicing since it arrived. The ability to make nut milk and frozen yogurt are huge pluses, too!As with other reviewers, I've found that there was a bit of a learning curve for assembling/disassembling the juicer and cleaning takes a bit of effort. However, I don't mind so much, and I appreciate the cleaning brush that is included with the juicer.The only reason I can't give it five stars, is that I am concerned about the plastic bowl portion precesses in a pronounced wobble while juicing. Fine strainer broke after first use

I've been juicing for over 10 years and making my own almond milk for 3 years. I had a Breville for ten years and have done my almond milk in a VitaMix then strained, so I was thrilled to get one machine that could do both. I received this juicer for my birthday and the VERY first time I used it...the metal strainer inside busted. I was using it exactly like the vides show...slowly feeding the almonds in with water. It seemed to work and then I realized my almond milk was pulpy even with the fine strainer and when I was washing I discovered the break in the metal strainer. My main complaint is for a $700 juicer it should be more durable but also there is nowhere on this site to buy replacement parts! If I had purchased this myself and had all of the paperwork, I would send it back.

Good idea, maybe rushed

I loved the idea of a self cutting juicer. I juice 6 days a week, so time management is huge for me. This is our second hurom, our previous hurom lasted us for 5 years. I immediately used the self cutting chamber. It didnt take long to notice that I was more efficient spending my time cutting produce into smaller pieces like normal, vs letting the hurom do more of the cutting. So for the last 9 months I have been using the self feeding portion. I felt that the motor was under addition strain using the self cutting attachment. Yet and still, the motor died out today, just short of 1 year usage. I emailed the customer care department this morning, I should hear back by tomorrow. Hopefully I can "downgrade" to the HZ model. The knob-dial vs a button/switch isn't as preferred.My recommendations for the designers is get away from the vertical pulp dispensary and use that room for a more suitable motor to withstand the self cutting accessory torque needs.

Outstanding Juicer

This is my second Hurom Juicer. The first one, H-AE model, served me many years without any issues. After years of service, I replaced a few parts (chamber set ) to make it look new and my son uses it now (he loves the cool look). My new HZ machine is outstanding - it works perfectly for any fruits, nuts and veggies I throw at it. I love making celery juice in it in the mornings and more traditional juices in the afternoons. If you use this (or other Hurom) juicers for celery, don't forget to chop celery into smaller pieces (i use 1/2 to 1 inch cuts) and open the pulp release lever. Works great at first but doesn’t last! Save your headache!

I used two of these juicers that worked great at first but quickly deteriorated. Both juicers have motor problems. The first one lasted 1 year with normal use (32oz per day for 5 days a week). The second one lasted for only 6 months despite how much I take good care of it. When I sent it in for repair they sent me another replacement juicer that’s dirty and beat up apparently been returned by others numerous times. I had to sent it back due to sanitary and health concerns (Their customer service promised all juicers sent to customers are clean and sanitized, but apparently not the case). Now It’s been a month that couldn’t juice due to their customer service continued delays in response.
