Hush Blend 21% Cocoa is a decadent drinking chocolate blend. It is smooth and delicious, perfect for hot chocolates, iced chocolates and smoothies or used in desserts and baked goods. This blend is free from gluten and dairy, making it suitable for vegans. To brew, add 1-2 heaped teaspoons to a mug, pour in 250ml hot milk of choice, and stir. For a cold drink, add 2 heaped teaspoons to a mug, pour a little hot water to make a paste, then pour in 250ml cold milk of choice, add ice or ice cream, and blend. Alternatively, you can make a liquid concentrate by adding 1kg Hush chocolate to a stainless steel bowl, whisking in 800ml of boiling water, and then pouring into a squeeze bottle. To serve, pour 20ml of the concentrate into a cup, add hot milk, and stir. The ingredients include sugar, Cocoa Powder (21%), and Free Flow Agent (551).
