Hush Blend 40% Cocoa is a decadent drinking chocolate blend. It is smooth and delicious, perfect for hot chocolates, iced chocolates and smoothies or used in desserts and baked goods. This blend is made from 100% all natural ingredients and is free from gluten, dairy, additives and preservatives, making it suitable for vegans. To brew, add 1-2 heaped teaspoons to a mug, pour in 250ml hot milk of choice and stir. Alternatively, add 2 heaped teaspoons to a mug, pour a little hot water to make a paste, pour in 250ml cold milk of choice, add ice or ice cream and blend. For a liquid concentrate, add 1kg Hush chocolate to a stainless steel bowl, add 800ml of boiling water, whisk thoroughly and pour into a squeeze bottle. Ingredients include sugar and cocoa powder (40%).
