Chalet ankle boots are super comfy. The only issue I have is the zips being on the outside instead of the inside of the boot. This makes it challenging & uncomfortable to zip them up. I wouldn't buy another pair with zips on the sides.

These boots are very comfortable. I wear them at school teaching all day with no problem. I like the colour. Because its winter and cold i found a lambs wool shoe insert and added that. Now they are extra comfy. Around the top they are not snug into my ankle but i have a skinny ankle. I wrote to the company and they said they are a wide fitting and could return them but I had worn them too much already so i dont worry as they are comfy. I wear them nearly every day depending on the out fit. I do like hush puppy shoes
Based on the measurements I expected these to be a bit small, but they're actually a bit big. Which was a relief, since the toe is pointier than it looks online. Zip can be a bit sticky. But these are super comfortable and an overall great boot.
This is my 1st pair of boots and didn't expect that I will love it like my sneakers!perfect fit, light weight, very easy to wear with the side zip, comfortable inside, i like most is the rubber outsole! coz when you walk it doesn't make a sound.
I bought a brown version of these shoes about three years ago and wanted black ones and I couldn't believe they had the same style. They are so comfortable I didn't even have to break them in. They are soft to walk on and I can wear them for eight hour stretches without getting sore feet. They also fit my kinda wide feet perfectly. Love these boots.
I bought this pairs of shoes online size 7.5 but it was slightly tight then I returned in a store and exchanged to size 8 then it is fit me perfectly. I love the color, the stylish, and the quality of the leather is superiors. Also, the service at the Myer store was very fast and easy to exchange. I just loved it so much and highly recommend.
Originally ordered online, they were too big so returned to store. Went down one size, fortunately the sales assistant suggested trying the next size down, which she then ordered online. Thought they fitted well but my feet still slipped around the first time I wore them. Solved the problem by wearing thick socks, now they're comfortable!
I have bought this boot twice. The first pair lasted about 2 years which I had consistently worn to work (walking to & from the train station, walking on my lunch break, through parks, rain). The leather upper lasted the distance but the heel wore out. The bootmaker said he couldn't fix as its cheap rubber and I was better of buying a new pair which i have because its so comfortable and it looks great for work. I highly recommend you buy this. I am a size 10 (41) with a wide foot (toes) and skinnier ankle. Its a great fit and I felt supported whenever I wore them.
