Was looking for a comfortable and supportive pair of work shoes and came across these. Hush Puppies have always been known for comfort and support so thought I would give them a try. They are honestly the best work shoes I’ve ever purchased, I recommend them to all my friends and work colleagues.

After many years of working from home I finally had an official work meeting in Sydney requiring me to take the train. And after the isolating time of COVID I'm sure I don't have to explain how both exciting and frightening it was. Exciting because I was getting out of the house (and away from my spouse who's been underfoot non-stop) and frightening because I needed to be more professional than UGG boots and pyjamas. From running to catch my train, getting lost in the cavernous train station to running to the office I never ONCE felt foot pain or got a blister. And it was my first time wearing these shoes. They are so comfy straight out of the box and stylish enough to go from professional to play without missing a beat. Love them!

I really love these flats as they are so comfortable for wearing all day at work. They also look modern and stylish so they go with everything. The size runs large, I have to wear half a size down. I wear these shoes five days a week and I find they usually take a year before i have to replace them.
These are extremely comfortable flats! However it took me trying on 4 x different pairs before i could find a pair that actually fit. The sizing is very inconsistent even though the shoes tried on were all the same size.
Very comfy ballet shoes. I’m a 8.5 in hush puppies Mimosa shoes but turned out to be a 7.5 in these so you may need to size down. I wear them into work and they’re great but if I could change one thing I’d like slightly more grip on the bottom of them. Still very happy with the purchase though!

I have just ordered online my second pair of these Hush Puppy Ballet Black Leather Flats. I purchased my first pair a few days ago instore. Have been looking for a flat shoe that has really soft leather as I have a very painful foot with a large bunion that is squashing the other toes to the side., and those toes now have developed arthritis. These shoes have the softest leather that I have so far found in a shoe, and the bunion isn’t being pressed in by hard leather. I recommend them for anyone who has painful feet and requires a soft leather shoe for winter. I just wish that Hush Puppies made them in other colours like navy and pale tan; I would buy them in a flash!
Looks cute but has a few design flaws.The "bounce" insole is a plastic-y material, so it tends to stick to the bottom of the foot and lift away from the actual shoe when you are walking. This material also makes the foot feel sweaty and uncomfortable. Socks would help with the sweaty feet issue, but are quite unsightly as even low-cut ballet flat liner socks would show through with this shoe design.The metal tags on the end of the bow detailing also scratch the leather underneath it - the marks were quite obvious after only wearing them for 1-2 days.
This particular design has had a slight design change in the cutting of the shape at front or a leather change. I have bought the same design for a few years now and it has always been the most comfortable pair for work. But this time when the shoe arrived from online store, I could barely squeeze my foot in. So I went to the store at Chermside to get a size up. The bigger size was too big. So the customer service person got me another pair of the initial size from the store to try. That was way better than what I had, but still pinched. I was told it will get better in a few days, so I took it. It has been a couple of weeks now but the shoe cuts across my skin from the edge. Definitely will not be purchasing it again.
