The best chainsaw that I've ever had. Starts well, well balanced and easy to use. Cuts well. Chain needs (hand) sharpening after one or two uses. I use the Husqvarna sharpening kit.

Are there two different model 135 chainsaws ? my neighbors # 135 has a dawg and an easy snap on both sides to access the inerds. Mine that I just bought today doesn't have a dawg and has two screws to access the top inerds.Other than that , my wife cut down 3 dead alders and the saw ran perfectly, no complaints.

A Chainsaw That Cuts Like a Hot Knife

This chainsaw is very versatile. When I had a wood burning stove I would head out into the forest to build my cache of wood for the winter. I could easily hike the side of a ridge with the chainsaw, spot felled trees and cut through them like a hot knife through butter. Anyone reading these reviews knows how handy it is to have a chainsaw in the back of your truck, especially when the winds are howling. Blocked road... no problem. Tree needs limbing, got it. Great brand, features and price.

Awesome!

Husqvarna - 135 Mark II is a great saw! We cut a lot of wood for burning. This little saw easily handles about 60-70% of what we do, all but the larger butts. Very light weight, exceptionally fuel efficient. It starts by the 3rd pull, has a flat side opposite the gas cap to prevent rolling when filling, cuts like a dream and the exhaust is minimal. Very satisfied! I would highly recommend.

Great Saw For The Price
1 March 2021

This is a great saw for the casual user. It works great for firewood, limbing, trimming, etc. It's lightweight, starts easily, and has plenty of power for the average job. The saw can be used for felling smaller trees. The X-cut chain works well, and they have plenty of options using other manufacturer's bars and chains if you have a specific need in mind. As is, it's a great saw for the homeowner.

Great Value Saw
22 June 2020

I picked up the 135 Mark II about a month ago when I was at my Husqvarna dealer buying mower deck parts. It was an impulsive buy with Federal COVID 19 stimulus money. I haven't bought a new saw in 25 years and my old Husky is still going strong but I couldn't resist getting it. Got it home and added bar oil and gas and I was up and running on the 2nd pull. The technology has certainly improved over 25 years. I buy my fire wood in log lengths and cut 10 cords and fell a few trees a year and this saw is definitely up to those tasks with ease. I would recommend this saw for theses uses. Other then rotating my bar and touching up the chain which is regular maintenance on any saw,I have had no complaints with this saw. It's a nice quality smaller saw that isn't under ... MoreI picked up the 135 Mark II about a month ago when I was at my Husqvarna dealer buying mower deck parts. Upgraded from a McCulloch chainsaw to this Husqvarna 135 saw for cutting up firewood. Received great advice from Calido, I was going to go for the 120 saw but the extra power in this one makes the job easier. Very happy with my purchase.

Piece of garbage

Just bought from Husqvanna directly. The pull string won't recoil. Multiple adjustments and still won't start. It's not seating well and getting caught. Can't even use. Disappointing since we have been loyal Hasqvanna customers for many years.

Powerful, well-made chainsaw
9 November 2021

This Husqvarna chainsaw is an awesome chainsaw. The 16-inch blade is perfect for cutting down trees and trimming branches. The chainsaw comes ready to use in the box. It has one oil pack, which needs to be mixed with 1 gallon of gasoline. It does not come with chain oil, so be sure to buy this. The instructions to use and maintain are very clear. There are also plenty of videos online to show how to use and operate the chainsaw.

This Husqvarna chainsaw replaced my Stihl which I had for 19 years. The chain tension adjustment needs a supplied tool and is robust and easy to use. There is no visible oil or fuel gauge. The Husqvarna is well built and easy to use and worked out cheaper than the equivalent Stihl model.
