So happy with my rug. Its exactly what I wanted. I ordered the smaller size then realised it was to small for the area. I was able to exchange it hassle free! The exchange process was really easy and they were able to send out my replacement rug with two days of ordering it! Great service.

Beautiful rugWe bought the Huxley Rug and it's beautiful (both aesthetically and the feel). However, 2weeks in to having it on our lounge area, 3 bits of the wool that is woven into make the design have come undone. So now we have 3 short bits of wool flapping about. But overall, can recommend.

This rug is incredibly soft underfoot, and feels more luxurious and thick then the other rug i purchased. The plaited diamond pattern is raised and adds a nice contrast and texture to the rug. The colour is very accurate to the images. The shipping from T&W was very fast and reliable. Recommend purchasing a non slip mat to put underneath.

I had a disappointing experience with Sydney Rugs…I was told upon the return of the rug I purchased that NO refund would be granted due to the damage on return. I asked for some photo evidence and to see that they unwrapped the rug on dirty concrete was highly disappointing.Sarah would not answer my phone calls and said I must text message for communication. Certainly not a great experience.
I chose this rug for my lounge area and I'm really happy with my purchase. The rug is soft to walk on and the neutral design fits in with everything. It is also easy to vacuum and doesn't shed.
