The Hydralyte Electrolyte Effervescent Apple Blackcurrant tablets are suitable for the entire family. They are perfect to take on travels and trips to help manage dehydration due to hot environments, fever, or strenuous exercise. Hydralyte should be taken as soon as you experience signs of fluid loss due to vomiting and diarrhoea to help revitalise your body. The tablets can also be taken to help restore fluids as a result of the diuretic effects of alcohol. They help to replace water and electrolytes, reducing the risk of dehydration. The tablets are gluten-free, do not contain artificial colours or flavours, and are preservative-free. For babies under six months, use freshly boiled and cooled water. Remove two tablets from the tube, dissolve in 200mL of fresh, cold drinking water, and sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist. Discard unused solution after two hours or 24 hours if refrigerated. Do not mix Hydralyte with cordial, fruit juice, soft drinks, or sports drinks.
