I love Hydralyte tabs. They dissolve really easily and quickly....and they TASTE AMAZING - I love the apple blackcurrant! They replenish lost electrolytes after a workout or a good sweat. Highly recommended!

I bought this product for my family. Whenever my husband or I go for a run or to the gym, we pop a couple of tablets in our water bottles and we’re ready to go. When the kids are sick or feeling drained during the hot days, I pop one in a bottle of water. Fantastic product and results are very reliable.
