I've been buying this 60 pk for about a year now since working out at a gym. It's incredibly economical and has saved me from getting horrific cramps at night as well as keeping my body hydrated and putting back the electrolytes lost during training. I put 4 tablets into my water bottle so I know I'm being looked after while I train.Great 3 tubes/60 tablets in 1 pk at such a cheap price and cheaper when on sale.

In the box there was 3 handy, convenient tubes each with 20 effervescent tablets - ideal to take anywhere or just keep at home. This is a great product if you have any reasons to be dehydtrated. I have problems with excessive sweating due to a medical condition. This is the fastest way to rehydrate. It is also good for times of gastro related sickness.

I use hydralyte after a session in the garden, when travelling or on hot days.I notice the difference it makes to my hydration and how much better i feel after taking them. Having suffered from dehydration i realise how easy it is for older people like me to suddenly feel dehydrated. This is super value and excellent quality.

This is great to have in the house, not only for when you're sick with gastro/vomiting but also when you feel dehydrated in general eg after heavy exercise, too many drinks on an outing, not drinking enough water during the day and suddenly feeling very thirsty, hydralyte in a glass of water will help enormously.
I didn’t realise how important it was to stay hydrated over this summer, until I found this product online at a very good price. After doing some research, I am glad I am getting more value for money with these capsules. They taste really good too like those sports drink. When I go on the treadmill I always put these capsules in my water.
I do a lot of shift work so my body gets dehydrated quite easily and this works like a charm. It also tastes nice. I stock your on it every time it goes on sale.
