If U have littles U need these in ur medicine cupboard or freezer ready to go. But these r great for wen ur crook an you have had excessive vommits, heat exposure, sweating etc. Not a bad taste just hot a slite salty taste but apparet from that there very handy to help U get back on feet by replacing the electrolytes back into our body's.

Great flavour! I like to mix up the flavours so my grandson doesn’t get sick of the same one each time. Easy to have a few in the freezer and the remaining the pantry. Convenient box makes storing easy.

We have been purchasing Hydralyte Ice Blocks for 2+ years now. We purchase in orange and stawberry flavours. Our kids will have these without a drama when unwell with gastro or colds/flu. The kids love the flavour. Excellent product.

I buy this product regularly for myself due to my medical condition and i would have to say that the lemonade is my fav. It really helps to settle down my stomach upsets as well has helps to keep me hydrated. I always have some in my freezer ready for when my illness kicks in. These are a lifesaver for me and even take them away with me.
Highly recommend this particular flavour for adults & children alike. Whether there's been a bout of sickness, haven't drunk enough water, etc these really help keep you hydrated & get back on track. Highly recommended!
This product fills a gap in my dietary needs. It is not junk food. It is sweetened by glucose which I can tolerate. Especially good after a heavy work, sweating, or during illness. I tend to have one a day.
Hydralyte works wonderfully at helping my son recover from and overcome illness. As school term has just begun, I bought these in anticipation of nasties and sure enough, hydralyte saved the day again. The fact that these come in packs that can be frozen and enjoyed as ice lollies is just an added bonus.
I recently became ill and needed hydro lite so I bought to help with hydrating and gave this lemonade flavour a go. I was hoping for it to have real taste, not that artificial fake post mix taste and it exceeded my expectation. Great alternative to orange or purple especially on hot days.
These are delicious, fast to freeze, hydrating, gentle on a sensitive nauseous tummy, lifesaving when your nauseous and unwell and can’t eat. Love this flavour. Great value .
