My doc told me about hydralyte because I was complaining about headaches and she thought I may be dehydrated. I started drinking these throughout the day and I've noticed a big difference in how I feel throughout the day. I also tend to drink a lot of coffee and I notice I don't need it in the afternoon. It's great having the extra energy.

This is great in summer, better than water and powerade, Gatorade. Small amounts 100-250ml is great. Nice tasting orange flavour. If you have dry mouth because of medication it is fantastic.

After 18 weeks of chemo I had only one but one week of side effects from dehydration. My cancer and my primary doctors suggested that I take the electrolytes to help with my steadiness it worked and its wonderful thank you very much
Gotta have some hydralyte handy for cases of gastro or other mild illnesses with risk of dehydration - this lemonade flavour seems popular and palatable to most, you can also make your own iceblocks or buy the pre-made ones
I began using the electrolytes while I had COVID. I feel i they kept me hydrated and now use them during my exercise routine. I like the subtle taste. I also use one packet in 24 oz of water. Directions say 7oz.
I love the taste, but my kids find it a bit much and mu husband said it was 'chemically' and they all prefer the soluble tablets. I love this one and it is so easy being already made up. Works out to be pretty expensive over time though in comparison to using the soluble tablets
I drank 1/2 this bottle before my 5k trail race and finished the bottle after the race and my rehydration was satisfied
