Hydralyte Effervescent Electrolyte Lemon Lime is suitable for the entire family. Hydralyte should be taken as soon as you experience signs of fluid loss due to vomiting and diarrhoea to revitalise your body. The tablets can also be taken to help restore fluids as a result of the diuretic effects of alcohol. Key features include helping to replace water and electrolytes, reducing the risk of dehydration, and being free from added gluten, artificial colours, and flavours, as well as preservatives. For babies under six months, use freshly boiled and cooled water. Remove two tablets from the tube, dissolve in 200mL of fresh, cold drinking water, and sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist. Discard unused solution after two hours or 24 hours if refrigerated. Do not mix Hydralyte with cordial, fruit juice, soft or sports drinks.
