For months I suffered from very dry hands, very painful cracked skin along the natural lines, and flaky skin between fingers. I could not find any cream that would work, despite trying all kinds of hand creams and oils (including other MooGoo creams that otherwise worked really well for sensitive skin, rosacea, dryness and eczema. Another excellent product from the moo team! I get eczema and have really dry skin, i use this on my face hands and legs and its awesome, doesnt feel gluggy but goes on smooth and has a cooling effect sinks in quick with no oily after feel. It doesnt irritate any eczema like other creams do. My only suggestion would be to make it in bigger sizes. Im a super fan of this stuff!

Since falling pregnant the dermatitis on my hands has been horrible. No amount of moisturiser has helped it until I found this. I only had to use it once a day, before bed and the next morning my hands were almost normal again. I now only need to use it once a week or so if my hands start showing symptoms again. It has been a life saver. Its also been great each time my belly has started itching from growing.

I've been using this cream for over 12 months due to dryness and flaking of my mature age facial skin(63 yrs old)as I use retinol. I needed to repair my skin barrier and this Double Cream with Ceramides absolutely does that. The new formula is excellent and absorbs beautifully. This is exactly what I was looking for...all natural, no toxic ingredients and very good value.
My 4year old has suffered with eczema since birth, we have used many off the shelf products and many prescription products. I don't like using steroids on an ongoing basis but I have found this since using this Moogoo double cream product her skin has cleared up massively. I have not had to use steroids for weeks for now, her skin is smooth and she is no longer frantically itching. It's a fabulous product.
I have started accutane as it's known to dry out skin. I bought this the same day I started the medicine and have used it on my face since.Although my skin is getting dry and flaking, this cream really moisturises it and it looks younger and much nicer than before i was using it, and all I need to do is exfoliate a little and my skin looks great.I am so happy with it I will be switching all my skincare to moogoo when I run out.I have much better results with this than my $95 moisturiser.I honestly want to own all moogoo products!
I have loved using this moisturiser so far! I bought it because of the skin barrier repairing ingredients, which I was hoping would help with my rosacea symptoms (a lot of other moisturisers cause flare ups for me). My skin has had less redness, dryness and rosacea bumps. It feels so lovely to put on as well. My skin is looking brighter and healthier and I’m glad I’ve finally found something that works!

I had huge issues with dermatitis on my face and after hundreds of dollars trying different products, this was the only thing that helped and has kept my dermatitis from returning. My skin always feels soft and healthy, and has helped massively to quickly heal skin burns or dryness, even on my lips. I wish there was a bigger size to buy this in like the other moisturiser but I cannot recommend this product enough! Even if you don’t have skin issues, my skin just looks healthier and feels hydrated throughout the day. I was at the end of my tether searching for a cream that could deal with that stupid dry wrinkly thing that happens to skin in a person's 70s. Arms, legs and neck, pffft. That's when I remembered that tube of Double Cream in the back of my bathroom vanity! It's a pity to retire the other creams in the Moo Goo range, but it seems that with enough birthdays, the big guns are required. A lot of the flaky, dry skin has exited with Double Cream on twice a day and some skin buffing, and so has a lot of that horrible elephant skin. I can't explain why this cream work best of them all, it just does! And it doesn't feel greasy either, win-win. I've stocked up, Double Cream in three locations, so I'm reminded to give skin some care wherever I am.
