I like my new 18 ounce water bottle much better than the 24 ounce which was too large for me. However, I wish I had realized before that on the website I could’ve ordered the custom version in the color that I really wanted.(when I called them to ask about this other color they said they don’t make it anymore but there it is in the Custom section of their website). Instead, I bought a subpar color and then had to pay $15 more to get the Straw type top. When you order Custom, the straw top doesn’t appear to cost more and I could’ve gotten the color I really love for the same price. However the bottle itself functions well.The flip top is tight, and at first I could not remember which way to flip it. I am a LONGTIME and LOYAL fan of Hydro Flask until today.I have had 6-8 Hydro Flasks over the last several years and have always loved them. I lost one in security while traveling internationally last month so I ordered a replacement bottle. Nice bottle - Cutting of Straw not

I purchased this 18 oz bottle to have water in the car for the ride home from work. This is a high quality smaller water bottle. Having two 24 oz bottles already I was not prepared to have to cut the straw I ordered with it. Following instructions (trim straw and then cut at an angle), I can't drink all the water at the bottom of the bottle. The flip up portion of the straw is smaller too. Maybe this size bottle would be best for younger kids. I don't really want to pay to buy a new straw but eventually I will and will cut it longer than instructed and not at an angle - like my other straws. I wish I had bought another 24 oz bottle as both 18 oz and 24 oz bottles have the same diameter and will fit in my cup holder of my car. Purchased this hydro flask as a gift for someone. They had it literally two days, it fell a total of two feet from where they were seated onto the floor.It was immediately damaged.The image that this conveys some sense of sturdiness is misleading. Yippee! Just what I’ve been looking for

Thanks for this excellent product it’s just what I need! I aim to drink 10 glasses of water daily and so many water bottles are way more than 2 cups. This 18 ounce water bottle makes it easier for me to keep track of how much water I’m drinking. I bought two 18 ounce flasks in different colors and alternate the liquid that I put in them: sometimes tea, sometimes electrolytes, mostly water. I hope you keep making this 18 oz size! It’s Also leakproof. The only improvement I would encourage is that it come with a standard stainless steel top. Thanks again for a top-notch product.
