The Hydrodol Rehydration range is formulated with a blend of four electrolytes and glucose which work to relieve symptoms of dehydration, aid recovery from illness and help restore body electrolyte balance. The formulation also supports energy production and healthy stress response in the body. All Hydrodol Rehydration products contain the unique HY.FIVE+ FORMULA, which enhances the internationally recognised oral rehydration formulation with Magnesium – an important but often overlooked electrolyte - and 72 trace minerals from Aquamin. This helps to replace the body’s reserves of lost minerals that can occur during illness. Causes of dehydration can include inadequate water intake, vomiting & diarrhoea, fever, heat, travel, strenuous exercise and heavy sweating. Common signs of mild dehydration can include thirst, dry or sticky mouth, low urine output and dry, cool skin. The product is available in 10 sachets, each containing 6.6g of the rehydration formula.
