Listen to the reviews. These things cost $150 and literally STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX, the sound quality was complete trash. Like something wrong with it trash, not just bad in general. Astounding. Also the app never paired with the buds.

These desync every 30 minutes, you need to unplug the dongle and plug it back in to fix that. Also very uncomfortable to wear for more than 30 minutes. I am returning this item for sure.

Audio qaulity is probably the only redeeming factor these. Audio randomly cuts off then comes back on. If you have both headphones the mic becomes choppy for ppl in your party. Will probably never buy from hyper again

They do the job. Definitely no lag while playing. But very uncomfortable pair of earbuds. They pop out my ear all the time.I also never got the app to work. I ended up returning them cuz the receiver just stopped working.
Tends to cut out a lot on 2.4 GHz and I can't change that on current Wi-Fi and even on Bluetooth it tends to cut in and out on occasion needs a better application but it's a great idea but there are better options out there from Logitech and soundcore
Bought them for my wife as an early Christmas present. She absolutely loves them. Single ear, or both, have worked great.
I keep seeing things online about these having connectivity issues. But in my 3-week experience I have had zero issues with connectivity. They are very comfortable. I have played with them in for 3-4 hours multiple times. The sound quality is great. I have one issue with them, the update via the Hyperx Ngenuity (probably not spelling that right) doesn’t work. They work fine but everytime I use them it says “update available” and then fails to update. Overall I love these and would recommend these to anyone looking for a good pair of earbuds meant for gaming.
Oh boy, these earbuds were SO bad that I actually had to write a review of these bad boys. I wouldn't recommend these to literally anybody, especially when you could get some soundcore P10s for $50 less and the same features, or get some non-gaming earbuds and get better audio quality, more features, etc.Comfort: The tips are just too short to get a decent fit into your ear, and the base of the buds are just large enough to push against the ear when it stays in. This leads to a pretty uncomfortable experience overall, like if someone decided to make the old ipod earbuds spheres to really mess with people. I would recommend buying some different tips so you can actually leave it in your ear for more than 5 minutes (the Jlab cloud tips fit on the earbuds).Sound: ... MoreOh boy, these earbuds were SO bad that I actually had to write a review of these bad boys. I would recommend buying some different tips so you can actually leave it in your ear for more than 5 minutes (the Jlab cloud tips fit on the earbuds).Sound: Not great, the tips don't seal well and the audio quality suffers because of it. Volume is fair, and the app (see below) lets you set filters.Features: The buds let you use them one at a time or together. There's a separate USB-C dongle that has priority for 2.4 GHz connectivity (good latency too). There's also auto-pause when a bud detects it's been taken off, but it misfires so often that you literally cannot talk or walk around without the audio. constantly. pausing. every. second.Connectivity: I mainly used this for the low latency 2.4 GHz, and it was pretty solid for the first half an hour or so. After a while the buds de-sync from one another but still play audio; I believe the 3D audio gets messed up after a while of runtime. The frustrating fix is to disconnect the dongle, put the earbuds back in the case, and wait a minute for the buds to turn off.Battery life: I got about 4-6 hours of life depending on wireless connection, so not great but it satisfies about 80% of my usages.App/Software: The mobile app does not work, full stop. Last I tried to use it, I could NOT get it to go past the load screen. Reviews on the play store show that many, many other people experience the same thing. The PC application works and will let you update firmware if you connect both the case and dongle to the computer. The software itself is nothing to write home about, it has an equalizer, toggles for audio features, and the ability to update the device. It does not let you disable the overly sensitive auto-pause function.
I was wanting to hop on the "Earbuds" or "IEM" craze that streamers are going on and HyperX has been pretty good to me in their products.THIS IS NOT A GOOD PRODUCT.I play Escape From Tarkov, a game notorious for bad and good audio (It's GREAT when it works.) I had a player walk up behind me and I did not hear him. I killed a Scav and the sound was so weak even though he was right next to me.Overall these sound very quiet and flat. There is no bass in them at all. It is nearly all treble. I tried using an EQ Program and could not get anything close to worth gaming with.Music it sounded *very* mediocre. I'm gonna say there are better choices for cheaper. They felt comfortable enough, they are VERY touchy with the controls on them, so sometimes adjusting them ... MoreI was wanting to hop on the "Earbuds" or "IEM" craze that streamers are going on and HyperX has been pretty good to me in their products.THIS IS NOT A GOOD PRODUCT.I play Escape From Tarkov, a game notorious for bad and good audio (It's GREAT when it works.) Do not buy.
The right earbud died less than three months after purchase. None of the fixes work and HyperX are not honoring the warranty. Avoid.
