Worst purchase ever, I bought this headset as temporary replacement for my old ones. I thought these would last a few months until I found what I wanted but man was I wrong, it lasted three time of being worn. I had trouble getting them to work, which blew my mind because it’s a plug not wireless. When I did get to work the sound was bad by the third usage it stopped working. These were brand new straight from the box no visible defects. It was really a waste of twenty buck.

Bought this set, it got sent to the wrong address. Best Buy was on the ball with this issue. I got another sent to me. Everything on this unit is very well made, don't let the weight fool you. I find everything about this product is extremely spot on for what I got. One down fall, but not a deal breaker... The range isn't as good as I would have thought. But non the less I am very happy with this unit as well as BestBuys support with the missing first set. I like to play music while gaming and the quality of the sound with in game sound's is very nice. Looking for a wireless head set sold by any company... This item as well as well as BestBuy.

Excellent headset: mic was clear and crisp, relatively comfortable, and the audio quality is great for the price. Not to mention, it's wireless. The PS5 tends to have weird echo issues depending on the headset if they're wired in via aux, so the switch is appreciated. Would have been 5 stars, but my product arrived defective: worked for a few weeks then died suddenly. Not explaination; in the middle of getting it replaced. However, when it WAS working, it was great.
These headphones work exactly the way I expected for the price. You can’t adjust game vs chat priority from the headsets. Something I didn’t think about when I bought them, but not a huge deal, especially when they are almost half the cost of the others. One slight annoyance is that the PlayStation doesn’t always automatically switch sound output from the headsets back to the speakers, so you have to do it manually. Again, nothing huge, just a note. The headsets for nice and snug. Not too tight, but not too loose. They actually seem to work pretty well with my glasses on too. No discomfort. If you’re looking for cheaper head seats that get the job done and are pretty comfortable, these are the ones for you.
We’ve only had this for a little over a week so I can’t review on longevity my daughter absolutely love it. If you don’t adjust then headpiece fits her perfectly (9 yr old) but if you adjust then fits my husband or myself. She said it sounds better than her former headsets, we usually buy her kid versions and those don’t last too long. Also she likes the mouthpiece because it’s easily adjustable as well as the ear covers are very comfortable in her opinion. This are for her because she does online school half of the week and she is super psyched because it’s also great for gaming. Got them on sale for about $20 & I highly recommend.

The foam earcups are perfect, and the foam on top is equally comfortable. My ears dont get hot or sweaty at all, and I dont feel any sort of headphone fatigue even after multiple hours of gaming. Comfort is the most subjective aspect of a headset, so of course this will vary by user. But I doubt youll find a more comfortable set than these.Sound I think of myself as being a very particular person. Maybe Im not as astute as I thought, though, because as far as the sound goes these are just as good as any other I tried. They dont offer the ability to tinker with the sound settings like the Arctis or Virtuoso, but out of the box this was just as good as any of those.Mic Watching game replays and hearing myself, the mic isnt exactly professional broadcast quality, but it isnt bad at all. In fact, I used this headset to record a voiceover for a video project and it sounds great considering I have basically no experience with that sort of thing.Build This is definitely the worst aspect of the headset, but its still not a bad. The headset is all plastic, and feels cheap. On the other hand, this helps contribute to it being lightweight. Ive used these almost every day since I bought them over a year ago, and they are just as good as the day I got them. If they were used by kids who were careless or rough with them, they might not hold up. But for anyone who will treat them with appropriate care, they will hold up for sure.
This is a fantastic wireless headset. Solid connection, and easy to pair to my Xbox Series X. This is a pretty basic headset with no EQ settings, but the signature sound is perfect. Great amount of bass and treble. Flip up mic is also a major plus, as well as USB-C charging. I can wear for hours with no fatigue. Also has voice/chat mix. If I have to say anything negative it would be that connection breaks up every once in a while, but it's not a big issue. Also battery life is pretty good, but it lacks behind a lot of newer headsets available. Very basic looking. I can personally recommend this headset 100%.
