She told me I should have purchased a more “heavy duty one” Also was by her to weight/hold down the base to the floor, (wtf) if it’s made from sturdy construction there is no need to hold weight on the base she told me to “tuck” it to the floor , I have emails customer service just brushed me off after her tuck it in floor email , they never offered no refund I told her I would leave my opinion on review and interesting enough the exact cat tree I bought it not on website anymore so I’m leaving reviews on other tress to express my opinion , this is not safe for kittens/cats or children as this tower will topple over with the breeze of the wind it’s that poorly made , huge Waste of money it’s going in the bin , don’t buy cheap advertising that pop up on your IG feed , I should have known better, stick to pet barn towers they are way better quality.And do not tip over .

It is the perfect size and height for my little apartment. My cat Boo absolutely loves it and uses it all the time. I needed a tower high enough so my dog does not eat his food. The delivery was a lot quicker than I expected. It was very easy to assemble too. the perfect little addition my place - THANK YOU :)

My two new kittens absolutely love this. Sometimes there’s a battle between the two just to get on the top. Very easy to put together and is very well made. I highly recommend this for any cat lover.

Tower condo house looks really nice ,easy to put together .my cat is a 10mth old kitten ,very active .first time she jumped on it ,it wobbled and I thought that it would still be OK. Second time she jumped on it ,it fell .this not not something that I'm going to keep .my cat hasn't been on it since . I had a 30dollar scratchy tree and it was fine . Very disappointed in product.

Nicely made cat tree, the fabric is nice and soft , easy to put together. Not very suitable for an adult cat as it falls over every time they get off it. It’s okay if they use the lower part but not the top 2 areas.

Not a sturdy construction, only suitable for lightweight kittens, not for 3 adult cats, only a kitten can fit in the hidey hole. Problems with delivery, the holding company 4PX Express a nightmare to deal with. No longer in Quatius building, thankfully an extremely nice man happened to come into reception area from Quatius and let me know there was no longer any reception nor receptionist here and took me around to where 4px were. In fact the last 2 emails sent to support at meowy.com were not responded to. I live on the other side of town, asked what pick up times were and if they could courier at my expense, no response so l had to take a day off work to drive there to ensure product not returned. Not recommended for adult cats

A Real Bad Experience !!!

Cheap & nasty ! A real flimsy & poor construction with no stability at all. Cat most apprehensive and did not take to the stand at all !!! Extremely difficult to return back due to unreasonable refund policy within 14 days, despite having receipt and product unused. Do NOT recommend this product. Highly disappointed !!!

Good value, base needs to be larger or heavier

Well built and good quality. Downside is the base is not large enough/heavy enough so the cat topples it over. We just attached it to a large piece of MDF to fix this issue. Otherwise it's fantastic and great value!

Ideal for smaller cats

We really like the tree, it was quick and easy to put together however, its a little bit smaller than expected. Although the dimensions were provided, and considered, I admit I did rely a lot on the picture and thought it would be slightly larger. It suits my cat as she is a small, however I don't think it would suit a larger cat. All in all, if you have limited space and a small cat this is a very good buy.

Our 12 week old kitten LOVES this scratcher. She loves sleeping in the little hut and playing with the balls and rope. The quality of material is very good and so far has withstood her constant biting and clawing. We love seeing her so happy playing and sleeping on it every day. The size and height are also perfect not only for her as a kitten but will also be great as she grows.
