A handy light glove and liner.

I have tried several glove liners over the years. My hand get cold very easily (I guess bad circulation). I LOVED the silk glove liners I used in the 90's; however, they do not make anything close to those anymore. I tried the synthetic type of liners and well all I can say is that my hands sweated so badly that my hand got cold as soon as I stopped working out or slowed down. They seemed to make the gloves also wet inside. Needless to say they are a complete BUST!!! Now, I tried to purchase the heavier weight Icebreaker glove liners through Altitude Sports and like they say "you snooze you loose". Well that was the case for me. I then decided to try these one. I found that they make my hands sweat if I work out too hard. So, today I decided to try these liners. Other reviews stated that they were too thin. Well, they were GREAT!!! My hands did not sweat at all in these. The only wetness was on the outside of the neoprene gloves. WOW, I would definitely would recommend these glove liners to anyone. I would suggest to hand wash to insure that they will last a long time.

Great Quality
8 December 2022

Really happy, as usual, with this icebreaker product. We live in the Cairngorms and it is always our go to for any base layer and liner product. They are reliable and comfortable next to the skin. They have excellent longevity and resist the constant wear of use and washing cycle. Anything cheaper is, in our experience, false economy. A good price for a fantastic product.

Kind of warm, Ripped Easily, fit was weird
12 December 2022

i'm not sure if i just got a defect or what but the fingertips were ripping and along my fingers there were holes after like a couple weeks of wearing them and underneath my gloves as well i'd expect more. i ordered a small and they fit fine except for the fact that it seems like they skipped recessing the part in between the middle finger and ring finger so i mean if your middle finger is as short as your ring finger you're good to go but i don't think anyone's are. if they were designed better i'd had given more than 3 stars but i mean $50 for these is ridiculous if that's how they all are. i ordered the 260 tech liners so hopefully those hold up much better.

Lasted only a Short Time
7 April 2022

I previously owned a pair of these Merino wool under-gloves and they lasted for years before finally developing holes in the fingers. I loved them and considered them good value, as they kept my hands warm inside mittens. They were a winter staple. I was shocked that my new pair, ordered this winter, lasted only about one month before developing big holes, in the fabric itself, not even the seams. They were worn under the same type of mittens as the old ones were. I have no idea what was different about these ones, but for the price, I obviously won't be replacing them again. I feel very sad to have to report this, as I am generally a huge fan of Icebreaker and own several other pieces.

Nice thin liners
15 February 2022

Very thin material (the only ones I could find anywhere that are this light) allows these to fit inside most gloves and mitts. Fit on-size. Fabric feels excellent. Overall, I am happy with this purchase. My only gripe is the configuration of the gussets and and seams. The bulk of the seams is really noticeable on the fingertips (see bumps in the photos), especially because the fabric is so thin elsewhere. These might be improved if each finger had a gusset that went up both sides and over the tip so that there wasn't a clump of fabric there. Also, on my hands, the seam on the tip of the thumb is about a third of the way onto my thumb pad, which just feels wrong.

Poor durability
12 August 2023

These were in very light use. First small holes appeared in about three months of occasional use. A week later there was a bigger hole in one glove's thumb.Otherwise I did like these, the fit and simplicity.I guess these kind of thin merino gloves always break down, sooner rather than later. But for Icebreaker's premium pricing, durability this poor is just not acceptable in my book.

So warm
6 December 2022

These gloves are very soft (not at all itchy [for me, anyway, and I'm very wool-intolerant]) and very thin but still provide great insulation. They fit inside all of my gloves, some of which are quite snug, and really noticeably improve their function. Used with my fav super quality ski-doo* mittens they make my hands so warm they will actually start to sweat even in -20C and beyond. *I don't ski-doo, I just hate being under dressed for the weather :D They are expensive but highly recommend.

They're liners, they're supposed to be thin
12 December 2022

Purchased the 200 Oasis glove liners and Sierra gloves in XS. The Sierras are too tight, have to return them, but the Oasis liners are perfect. Super thin, to wear under other gloves, or as a thin pair for that in-between weather. Like that they don't have cuffs, so no extra bill. They don't have a clasp to attach them together. Just hoping I don't lose them, like I lost my last pair of wool liner gloves, because they're so lightweight, and compact, can stuff them in a pocket and forget where they are.
