I love my Iconix frypan. Completely chemical free for cooking everything from steaks to eggs. It can go from stovetop to oven too.

I am not sure why or how but no matter what I cook in these at any temp everything sticks to the pan, I’ve used butter, olive oil, veg oil and everything always sticks it’s super annoying. Was definitely a waste of money for this pan as it ruins every dinner. I have baccarat pots that I’ve had for over 10 years and they look as good as new even after being used nearly every night, I am very disappointed in this pan.

Had my eye on this for a while as I've used my Mum's one every time I've visited my folks. With proper care and preparation this fry pan is excellent. Good heat retention and very even heat distribution. So far I've used mine from frying eggs to stir fry. Works brilliantly When prep'ed and used correctly, it's a breeze to clean
Finally, a pan I didn't have to be delicate with.I purchased the 28cm Iconix frypan. I've never used a stainless-steel frypan before and was shocked at how quickly it heated and cooked my food on medium heat and retained the heat after.It is made from 18/10 stainless steel. Has a 5mm aluminium base underneath for heating. And to my surprise the handle actually did 'stay cool' like the package states.The Skrubba cloth the girl sold me worked well to clean it once cool.
Very disappointed in this , its sticks and burns very easily unfortunately im used to your non stickware so i will continue to use your rock ware
SS frying pan cooks a bit differently from coated frying pans, it needs less heat and sometimes might stick if too hot. Im happy with it now that I worked out how to use it. Sears my steaks perfectly! And its for life, no coating will come off

Every single thing possible sticks to this pan. It’s incredible how much you can stick to it. Here’s a better plan, stick to a different pan.

We went instore to North lakes first and found the frypan, then after looking up the frypan online we found it was significantly discounted on your website. We then asked the staff instore at North lakes if they could match the price on the website. The way they spoke to my wife and I could use some work, they were very blunt, harsh, and borderline rude with their tone and response. Then when they said you'll have to purchase it online and choose click and collect, they stressed that "you have to get in quick though because otherwise the stock might sell out" whilst I was holding available stock in front of them.
