The case is just a normal silicon case, the price is good for the quality. But the strap is a complete failed design. We immediately removed it from the phone, but the damage was already done. The metal hook broke the display glass. Customer service is unfortunately bad as they seem to not understand the inquiry at all (already the second time, had issues with another product here as well).

My screen protector is already cracked. I’m concerned about the long term safety of my device
It’s cute and a smart solution, however after using it for a week or so the phone starts sliding out of the case so one has to be very vigilant.
