Most of us are searching for the elusive replacement cover which does not seem to be in stock anywhere in the UK. Save your money and go elsewhere as IKEA are seemingly uninterested in resolving this ongoing issue.

This is very disappointing for an item designed to be used outside. We tried to get a replacement in store who told us we needed to purchase online. Online states this is out of stock and to order in store. I feel like we’re being sent around the houses. I’m hoping the delay in a re-stock is because IKEA is sourcing a sturdier fabric.

Using this as a hot tub gazebo As with many other reviews. Great for first year, just sorting for this year and note splits down both seams. Like many others happy to buy a replacement, but what’s the point if it’s not on stock in uk. Great metal frame. IKEA happy to sell items for £150 and have them in stock. But a £20 item that everyone wants never in stock.
Love these gazebos and am still hoping that replacement canopies will become available soon as I'm reluctant to dispose of the frames which are still in great condition but sadly the canopies on both of my gazebos have torn beyond repair.Were terrific for the price. Canopies lasted approximately 1 year but frames still perfect after 2 years.Ikea instructions do recommend removing canopies during inclement weather..

Just noticed few days ago that it has spilt at each side and also in the centre! So disappointed. Good news is you can buy a replacement at a really reasonable price for £20! Like all reviews, the materials for the canopy were made of ripstop but means nothing when it all just tears and disintegrates. I had bought two and just left with steel frames and couldn't use last year. No replacement canopies available in stock having checked for months, yet people can still buy the whole gazebo still. It's the biggest disappointment I've ever had with an ikea purchase in 30yrs of shopping there.
Bought this product was happy with it first year, took down the canopy to store it over autumn/winter. Tried putting it back up today it ripped in 2 places. Tried to get replacement none available. So we are left with just the metal frame. Come Ikea you have to do better than this! You can buy the whole product but cant get the canopy on its own. Thought you were about recycling and reusing products?
Was impressed when I bought it as Ikea is usually good quality. No problems with the frame, easy to assemble but the canvas....... It looked really well made and the edges and velcro are well re-inforced and easy to fit. But sadly after less than 4 months, all 3 pergolas I purchased the fabric was ripping at the seams, it wasn't overstretched and we removed them when raining or windy. I think the edges are so well made and the fabric is such poor quality it splits and rips away from the edges. Sadly IKEA offer no replacement and no refund, they looked at my damage pictures and insisted it was caused by force or damage and therefore not a manufacturing defect, a really unhelpful response when it is clearly a poor quality fabic used.
