This is the second one I have bought - the first one lasted several years but the rubber around the top edge started to disintegrate - probably because I put it in the dishwasher a lot. The metal part is still 100%.

We returned this as it didn’t quite fit as it’s tapered slightly underneath so was scratching the sides of the sink. Very sturdy but quite a heavy item. We have the plastic version previously which they’ve stopped doing which is disappointing as it was much cheaper and fit perfectly
The product I received looks not so new. There is dust in the package and on the product. It's not so friendly to the water in Toronto with stains everywhere after first use.
I use it everyday. It helps me keep the sink clear and clean. Awesome for single person who doesn't need to run a dishwasher regularly. I also use to was and drain fruits and vegetables.My only complaint is that it is not easy to clean and even though I clean it often, it always looks like it needs to cleaned
This is the second kitchen I've purchased this item for. Love having it at my sink all the time. I had to wait over a year to find one in stock this time. The stainless steel seems a bit thinner this time and the black edge also looks a bit cheaper, but all in all a nice product.
Really happy with this product. Great for collecting the scraps after chopping vegetables, and washing and draining fruits/veg. Sturdy material, easy to wash.
This product is dangerous after a few years the rubber gasket protective edge dry rots and leaves a razor-sharp edge that sliced my finger wide open, when i contacted the store they stated they do not sell the protective rubber gasket that protects against the shape edge.
good quality. fits in the sink perfectly. useful for staining veggies, fruits, pasta etc.
