It does not work/fit with ODENSVIK SINK! The overflow drain kit from the sink will block the faucet's nut under the sink. It is made of plastic. If you look for a metal feeling; this is not the one.

Looks great. Of course has a plastic outer but I don't mind and I am concious that it's repurposed plastic. This gives it more value to me.The actual mechanism for the tap feels solid and great quality. Easy to clean. Very good value at $25. Will look at the longevity but it feels (and says on the box) that it's set to last at least several to 10 years.Installation of the tap itself was ok. The rings around the hoses took a while for us to figure out. Always a bit awkward if you have to squeeze into a tight space for connections inside the cabinet of the vanity.Overall quite happy!
Choosing to replace a conventional metal faucet with an all plastic one seemed to be a gamble at the time, but with a few months of use it’s now clear that the SALJEN faucet represents a new innovative & effective use of plastics in plumbing.
I purchased three of these sinks for a “refresh.” The installation was quick, they look great, and on clearance, the sinks were a phenomenal find!
Honestly I was really skeptical about this when I first got it because it is plastic and very light weight. It was for my kids bathroom sink because they destroyed two metal faucets by breaking the handles. I thought I surely do not want to spen a lot of money and I needed something small for the IKEA sink they have surprisingly enough this faucet after installing actually feels sturdy! It is still in tact and it flows beautifully. My get a couple more for my bathroom.
I didn’t realize this faucet was made of plastic when I bought it but it’s actually really nice. I’ve had it for a year now and it still looks and works perfectly and feels nice to use. At its price point I wasn’t expecting much but since it’s made of solid ABS plastic I don’t have to worry about the finish coming off like I would with a coated metal product.Home run faucet. Love it.
We’ve had two of these taps installed in our ensuite for 3 months now and they are great for daily use. They do “feel” cheap being plastic instead of the metal of a regular tap, but they look great and for the price they are excellent value and so far are holding up well.
I love this faucet. I thought it would be harder to keep clean because it’s plastic but it’s easier. Truly love this faucet
