I’m forced to write this as I haven’t received my order for over a month now. I’ve sent a total of 4 emails to customer support over this period and have had no response at all. They cannot just take my money, not deliver the goods and refuse to communicate with a loyal customer that has continually purchased through SV. I refuse to place another order until I receive a response. The funny thing is I receive several daily news emails about the current deals but they can’t be bothered to respond to queries.
