This seems an expensive diffuser, but worth the price (well, I got it on sale). Is clean and easy to use and safe unlike a burner. Easy to refill and and charges easily. Emits a decent amount without needing to warm up, ie instantaneously at the touch of the button. Like the matte finish and packaging was a bit of a treat too.

I am so impressed with my 360 Diffuser! I previously had a really cheap oil burner that I purchased because I wasn't sure if I was really committed to getting a proper diffuser. I got the Sage green 360 as a gift and it has absolutely blown me away!The colour and finish is beautiful and feels premium, and even the packaging makes unboxing feel like I've just got an Apple product. I have been looking for a diffuser to put in my office for a while. This one was slightly more expensive, but literally ticked all my boxes: nice design, easy to use, portable (so you can move it from a room to another, in case of need). Definitely worth it!

I was so excited for this 360 diffuser, splurged and spent way more than the average cost of a diffuser on the market because I wanted to treat myself during a stressful time. It was all the more disappointing when it stopped working only a month in. Haven't been able to get any response from InEssence so have no idea if they are going to replace it or not. I'm starting to think this may be a larger issue with the product and that I haven't just got a faulty one.
Very happy with this diffuser. The colour is true to the pictures. I like the 360 dispersion of the vapour, it drifts out and down rather than straight up. That makes it great to put on my bed head at night because then I get more of the aroma. Being cordless makes it really portable too.
Great diffuser, nice material & colours & the 360 diffuser work s well.only 2 things holding it back from 5 stars is the light doesn’t turn off when off unless you take it off the dock/base.And the lid does not clip lock on so if you pick it up from the top half it will fall or you’ll only pick up the lid. You have to grab it at the bottom and twist it off the base.
In love with my 360 diffuser. I purchased this item to take to Exmouth for my room in a share house, it’s been an absolute blessing, it ignites all the senses. Aesthetically pleasing in sage green and the mist and gentle hum and water movement creates a peaceful and tranquil setting. Have had it running 24/7 using the ie: focus & memory blend.
The Essence 360 is a great diffuser. I bought this for my wife recently and she absolutely loves it! Scent fills the room quickly and quietly. It is very simple to operate and the portability is an added bonus. Stylish and compact design looks great anywhere.
Very clever product. Sits on its doc most of the time but can be carried to other areas of the house easily. Love the intermittent feature when being used in small rooms. Battery lasts well and turns off when its out of water.
Overall design is amazing. Yet I don't know why they don't use better material to match the price? The cover can't lock with the inner properly which means everytime I pick up this thing I have to carry from the bottom otherwise it might just drop and crash one day. $200 for this little cheap quality, not worth it.
