It has been doing as expected. I have had it for just a couple of weeks and have had it running continuously for 8 hours and no issues. Have not tested the heating side of it though. I bought one and since it was easy to install, l bought a second one the next day.

We bought 3 Esatto 2.6kW Reverse Cycle window Box from Appliancesonline have had them in and working for about two weeks now! The air cons are working well and are Quite, overall we are very happy in all respects. Thanks Appliancesonline

Having work with box air conditioners before these units work really well and build quality is comparable to other entry level brands great value for money

Great little air conditioner. It was so easy to order and delivered in a timely manner. It definitely cools our caravan down in no time.
Easily handles 20sqm room, is quiet, easy to install, was delivered next day and well built. Had for last six weeks over summer in hot region.
I purchased this R/C air con because of price and have found it to work better than my expectations.it was easy to install, easy to use . I've only gave a 4 star rating as the cold cycle has not yet been tested using only the heat at this point in time.58
