Bought a freezer online a standing one almost four weeks agoCalled up after a week to say that I hadn’t got my email for selected date of pick up they said they would call me back. Another week later I call yo again. The man the. Informs me they have not stock I explained it was for my 75 year old grandmother and why are they selling stock they didn’t have, the only answer he could give me was it’s the site we are going to try fix itIt’s now been four weeks.While being on hold the recording was boasting about how many stores there are, for a large company with so many stores you think that there would be a much better system in place

Just bought about two weeks ago and it was delivered in perfect time and works perfectly so far. Very happy with price and customer service. Will continue to shop at my local bing lee.

Not what I expected.Freezer has no door handle, yet image displays one. No shelf for the top compartment. When discussing this with Inalto, I was advised to just put items straight onto the element.
Freezes really really quickly and goes up to -28. Nice simple freezer. Bought garbage Chiq freezer previously that I had to return because it got up to only -10 after 24 hours and could go past -15 on fast freeze option.
Missing a glass shelve or compartment on top draw..really dissapointed. Thats why i bought upright freezer so less bending.. but this happen the top draw are useless..
This freezer is very good value at an affordable price .The upright design is great and the freezer is great with the shelf design.
