Purchased this dryer in feb 2020, have always known the machine to take 2-3 rounds to dry a small amount of items but in September 2020 I noticed the time should be up, but the dryer was still half way through the cycle. This continued to occur and grew in frequency. The dryer now does not move through the cycle at all and remains on hot regardless if left for hours on end. It is still in brand new condition and used on average once a fortnight for the winter months. Contacted bing lee chat today to start a warranty claim and was told to contact inalto myself and when asked for their details, they were not able to be given. Would not recommend

I bought it a year ago , we use it on a daily basis and so far it has not let us down . Excellent choice .
I bought it in mid June 2021. It takes 2 hours to completely dry our clothes. It was not overload, the water tray was dry before use. The filter was clean too. It takes forever to dry the clothes
With just under two years of experience with this model, this compact dryer is excellent for its price point, and the size is perfect if you're in a small household or don't use a dryer too frequently. It's ideal for tight spaces or if you have a top load washing machine. You can mount it to a wall with the kit included in the box (remember to check within all the foam packaging as it's easy to overlook). Also in the box is a reversible control panel if you need to mount it upside down. Function wise, it's super easy to use — just turn the dial to the setting you want and press start!
I’m really pleased with my new InAlto dryer. Looks great, works well and dries my washing quickly. It’s also quiet and easy to use. The warranty is a definite plus especially the extra year on registration.

Was skeptic at first but this thing goes good. Does take about an hour or a little more if it’s packed full to dry the clothes…but heaps better then I thought so happy.
Very disappointed in this. I think the other reviews are fake as well. Build quality not great, dryer takes forever to heat up to dry clothes. Plastic feels like I’m going to break it every time I shut the door. I don’t Bing Lee should even range this dryer.
