I have only been working out for a few months and after trying this my results have almost double compared to just p30 musashi shake and also much easier to drink then the INC hardgainer which i also tried but gave it away after 1 week cause it just taste so bad, So buy this one if u want good results

Great tasting Protein powder and mixes well. Great Value for money. Sometimes hard to get if on special so stock up.

I use half the recommended dose as a meal replacement in my NutriBullet along with sufficient soluble and insoluble fibre. Along with Metamucil which you can also buy at the chemist warehouse keeps me fuller for longer.

Bought this for my son, and I have bought many before. He is happy with it, even though he would like more protein per serve. For the amount you get and the protein content, it is a product I'd recommend.
Great product. Good value powder mixes well into milk or water and no lumps. Great taste too.
I bought a chocolate flavour one before this and it was great. So I bought vanilla one this time but to be honest the flavour is totally not my type. Except this all good.
moderate to low chocolate taste, Chalky aftertaste. Using due to cost, will not buy again
That’s delicious using it over when you can never get sick of the flavour excellent protein for recovery
I buy this when it's on special otherwise it's way too expensive. It tastes like a chocolate milkshake.& Does nothing for muscle growth.
Why use one and a half scoops? Make the scoop smaller or bigger, don't exoect us to accurately measure half.Why Sucralose? There are much better alternatives - stevia, monkfruit, erythritol, xylitol etc
