Tried to make this with water, skim, soy, and rice milk and it always comes out a very grainy consistency and goes as thick as custard no matter how i prepare it. Also has a very gross after taste. Wouldn’t recommend or purchase again.
Love this stuff have purchased on several occasions the flavor could be a little stronger and sweeter for my taste, would love to see more flavors in the range.
I enjoy the taste and its really filling. I’m not a body builder, I drink this to get into keto as it’s very low carb. I prepare it in an Optimum blender which produces a milkshake like consistency. I have tried previously mixing by hand and the powder didn’t breakdown completely. good value and flavour , would recommend.
Just awful to have to eat this. So full of artificial sweeteners. I don't know why every supplement company thinks that they need to add sucralose to everything. So sickly sweet! And I miss out on being able to add real carbs to it because it is already unpalatably sweet.
I regularly purchase this product. Not only does it provide the nutrients it states, it tastes great - especially if made up and left in the fridge for a few hours - turns into chocolate mousse without the guilt!!The whole family use and love this product.
Tastes good and mixes thick like casein protein usually does. Good to mix in smoothies or oats if you really want a thick texture. Good before bed or during the day if you want to stay full or have a steady stream of slow digesting protein.
