Use the power of your shop's dust collection system to grab sawdust where it's produced on your router table. The cleansweep cabinet attaches to the underside of laminated mdf or phenolic router tables from incra, woodpeckers, jessem and many others see compatibility notes below. The effect is even more powerful when combined with incra cleansweep rings for magnalock router plates and router lifts. Unlike a dust port mounted on the fence, the cleansweep cabinet works for every cut and not just when the fence is covering the router bit, giving you excellent collection even when routing grooves, making box joints and dovetails, or shaping curved edges without a fence. This must-have accessory is one of the easiest ways to improve the quality of your router table time. Compatibility notes for common router table types: the cleansweep cabinet screws directly to the underside of laminated mdf and phenolic router tables that have their bottom table opening and related hardware within the cleansweep's 9-1/8in x 12-3/4in inside dimensions. Kreg, woodhaven and laminated mdf tables from jessem require the cleansweep table adapter to clear the bottom-mounted leveling mechanism used at their table openings' corners. The cleansweep cabinet is not directly compatible with router tables that use remotely-operated router lifts.

Having, recently, purchased a Kreg router table and already owning a Incra lift, I figured I would step the dust collection up to the next level and purchase the Incra CleanSweep. It went together just as the well-written directions said it would. I had to add the Incra non-incra table router table adapter and that went in just as the instructions say, as well. The quality of the unit is very good, a few things about the door that I would have liked a little different but they are, by no means, deal breakers. All and all, I am very satisfied. And, on a further note, the customer service at, both, carbide processors and Incra are top notch!

Like all Incra stuff - expensive, like all Incra stuff - worth it ! you do get what you pay for.Excellent build quality and fit. I have only used it a few times but am very pleased with the job it does, hardly any stray dust.I have just received a delivery today from Wood Workers Workshop of a set of the MagnaLock clean sweep insert rings that I had on back order. Not had chance to use yet but I have every confidence that they will enable any stray dust to be sucked down into the box then on to my extractor and also great for dado work.

Works great! Mounting to my Bench Dog cast iron extension table on my SawStop took an extra plywood spacer (because the cast iron table didn't have many attachment points) but it didn't take long. And the Clean Sweep rings work better than I even expected. I made my first cutting board (ever) and the router work was almost dust free!

Had questions about Clean Sweep fitting on my router table. Carbide Processors was very responsive--knowing who to call to get my answers. Very appreciative of their customer service. The Incra Clean Sweep is well made, easy to install and, so far, does the job. I wish it had a "butterfly" to allow control of incoming air. Time will tell if that is necessary. Butterfly part can be purchased separately on internet and installed if needed.
I have bought two of these now and am really pleased with them. Having built my own router lift tables with Jessem lifts, the dust extractor efficiently removes the cuttings from the table and ensures a free flow of material over the bitr. Once set up you do not have to adjust or open the extractor as its only down side is the tight access for the far side door on the clean seep unit. Otherwise its brilliant and i find it invaluable.
The Incra Clean Sweep Dust collector was easy to install. It came with everything needed for installation. Good instructions on how to install. After hooking it up to my dust collector it worked great.
CleanSweep box does exactly what it should and captures nearly llof the dust for my separator to process. Easy install and instructions are great. Combine with the CleanSweep MagnaLock ring set and I barely see dust thrown even when I'm running a deep dado. No regrets, and Carbide Processors has awesome pricing and delivery was reasonably quick even right around the December holidays.
Much less clean up after using my router table!! Fairly easy to install, only because some alterations were needed to my home-built router table. Well built. The two halves are molded hard plastic with reinforced areas where multiple screws hold the two halves together. Easy access to the router through the red sliding door for any speed changes. The built-in 4" blast gate on the bottom allows the collection system to be closed off for other areas of your shop. I really wish I had bought this years ago !!
The Incra Clean Sweep installed without issues. Works as described and keeps my work area free of router dust. With the built in blast gate the Clean Sweep is a bargain.
The unit was easy to assemble and works with my 60mm dust extractor after fitting a pipe reducer. I added an additional port on the side to connect the fence extraction to so that I can turn both off using the same blast gate. It would be nice if it included some rubber or foam sealing strips as I can see a few minor gaps along the top where it is mounted to the table. I'll pop off to screwfix or somebody like that to get some and seal it off. Not a major issue if you have enough suction power.
