Ink Gin 700ml

Ink Gin 700mL - Ink Gin gets its unique colour from the deep natural infusion of petals from an exotic blue flower. It’s even more remarkable, when mixed with tonic and it turns from its lustrous blue to a remarkable blush pink. A premium dry gin made with 13 organic botanicals, including a mix of traditional and Australian natives. Like all true gins, juniper berries are the largest botanical component, however the defining character of Ink Gin comes from the second tier botanicals led by locally grown lemon myrtle leaf, coriander seed, Tasmanian pepper berry and freshly peeled sundried sweet orange peel. These major ingredients give Ink Gin its fresh piney, spicy and citrusy aroma and flavour. The third group of minor botanicals include elderflower, cinnamon, cardamom, angelica root, oris root, licorice root and lemon peel. Like a pinch of salt, these minor ingredients are critical to the end result adding perfume, body and balance. Price may vary per state.

Love this Gin. Never was a big Gin drinker until I got a cocktail with this Ink Gin and is now the main alcoholic drink I now have. I have tried a couple of other Gins and I always go back to this one. Treat yourself or someone else as a gift as you won’t be disappointed!

One of my absolute favourite gins on the shelf! This sophisticated gin is full of flavour with a fun colour change to bright pink when mixed with tonic or Prosecco for a gin spritz!A fun gin to make cocktails with - like a Southside Cocktail!

The bottle I received seemed to be an older bottling and did not have the color, spice, and aroma of the newer one I had just finished, that I had purchased at the distillery in Australia. The labeling was also different.
