I had never heard of inkbird thermometers before, but now I'm glad that I have.An essential bit of kit when roasting, frying or the BBQ.Excellent value for $$.The best $40 you will spend in the kitchen.I have used this on every piece of meat that I have cooked since purchase and the results are have been perfect every time.I was astounded at how quickly internal temperature increases over a short period of time.This thermometer is the difference between how you like it and how you dont.In hindsight I should of purchased one of these a very long time ago.

Great meat thermometer. Fast, accurate, solid lit built. USB charging is better than batteries and the backlight in the readout makes using at night very easy. Really top notch piece of gear.

It's built well I love the fact it reads so quickly so you can get the internal temperature and continue cooking with out loosing to much heat and that it automatically switches off once you fold away the probe end sturdy and built to last
The wife and I use this thermometer for warming milk during home cheese making. The decimal point really helps to get the milk temperature spot on. The response on readout is really fast also, which is a huge advantage. Really love this product!
We own a bakery and use thermometers all the time in a commercial setting. We would have bought 15 different ones over time. The Inkbird IHT-1P Waterproof Instant Read Rechargeable Thermometer is by far the best one to use. Reliable, fast read, recharchable.
Nonstick really works. No pots or pans were bent or scratched as i had read in reviews on other sites. I definitely give it a 5 star. The blue is bright but I like that because their easy to spot among my other pans
Had one already - bought this for my son-in-law for Christmas. They read quickly - 4-5 seconds. Easy read display; folding adjustable probe is great for meat as well as marmalades etc.
Love it, no more worry about whether chicken is cooked. Also good for other meats. Very easy to use, clean and charge. Very good value for money.
What a great product. The device turns on when you extend the temperature prong. It is very robust and temperature readings are virtually instantaneous. The fact that it is rechargeable is an added bonus. Fantastic product.
