I bought it a month ago for myself and so glad that I made a right choice. I used to get tired easily before everyday after finished work, but now I feel a lot better after take this Health support capsules. Apparently, I bought it again this time for my Mum to try, next person will be my sister.

I expected better results from this product after reading such positive feedback. Unfortunately it didn't do anything for me other than increase my wind, bloating and discomfort. It made me quite constipated Possibly coincidental and nothing to do with this product but I noticed rapid weight gain into the second week of taking it. I guess there's always someone a product doesn't benefit. Can't fault Health Post's great service though:)

Tried Inner Health Plus after it was recommended by a friend. I was getting regular bloating and trapped wind, sometimes on a daily basis. Painful, uncomfortable and sometimes...embarrassing! I had eliminated anything from my diet that could trigger these mild IBS symptoms all to no avail, so trying a high-strength probiotic was a last resort.I'm glad I took a chance. Three weeks later and my tummy is noticeably flatter, I have NO trapped wind, NO bloating at all. I also have more energy :)Highly recommend giving this a go, especially if everything else has failed.
I love this product. It is a probiotoc and helps keep my gut flora in balance. 76% of our immune system is determined by our gut. So I want it in great shape. Also a great gut means more adult stem cells running around my body to repair what is damaged through daily life. I recommend it.
My immune system become weakened from the stresses of training for a half marathon and catching everything my son caught. I had tried other immune fighting supplements to no avail. I was unaware that 70% of the immune system is in the gut. Inner Health plus fitted the bill here will all the billions of good bacteria (yogurt is not the answer I've been told!) I bought this product a few weeks ago and have been trying to remember to take it every day, however have gone a few days with and a few days without.The days that I have taken it, I must admit that I can't feel too much of a difference compared with when I don't take it at all. At least there haven't been any negative side effects as yet, and I do feel good on the days I take it, I'm just not sure if that's due to the food I've been eating or if it's down the tablets?Will keep taking it to see if there is any more noticeable benefits!I don't like how large the tablets are - can be quite hard to swallow.
I needed something for my inner health. Struggling to find time in my busy schedule, I was struggling both internally with my health and externally in finding a gap to pop to the chemist. I am extremely thankful that Inner Health Plus was available online through the Chemist Warehouse Online. The capsules come in a helpful '90 capsule' portion. I keep it in the fridge and am only half way through. The change that I feel in my natural wellbeing and digestive ease is amazing. I never want to go without! I am moving to Oxford in September and am happy to know that I will still be able to order this product from Chemist Warehouse, even when outside of Australia!
I only started using this product approximately 2 weeks ago due to suffering from bad bloating and general abdominal discomfort. I have noticed some slight changes in discomfort however I am still experiencing bloating every now and then but nowhere near as much. I think this product will take a little longer to have an effect so I will continue to use and see
I am having IBS. I tried many medications but after I started to use inner health plus probiotics my condition improved tremendously and I continue to take it for over 9 months now. First two weeks I took 2 capsules a day one in the morning and one in the evening. After that I am taking one a day. I had only one IBS breakout for a day only. Isn't it a good relieve for the system? I am trying to keep away from Gluten, Lactose and chili.
