Absolutely love this inversion table!! First, it came very quick. I believe i had it delivered in 4 or 5 days. Second, it was super easy to put together. I'm pretty sure it only took about 20-30 minutes to completely put together. Third, i feel so much better after i use it. I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back. Adjusting for different users is fast and easy. With all the extra padding, it's so comfortable you don't want to get off. The padded ankle cuffs are very comfortable and secure. Having the long ankle lock handle makes it easy to adjust especially for someone who has difficulty bending as I do. I placed an area rug under to protect it and keep it from moving around because I have tile floors. Because of the weight of the unit and my disability, I have not attempted to fold it and move it. I can fold it, I just don't have anywhere I want to move it because I use it 2-3 times a day. This is the best purchase I've made so far to help move my lymphatic fluids and bring down the swelling.

Great purchase. It’s good quality and and works as it should. The angle stop is much better than the strap type and the ankle lock is way better than the foam roller type. The padding is comfortable enough you can lay on it and watch TV if you want and the message pad is an additional bonus for the back aches. Packing is excellent and it’s super easy to assemble. My 9yr old and myself use it every day. It definitely works, I am 41 and was skeptical about these things but I can definitely tell a difference. I highly recommend this product for anyone, we are a Jiu Jitsu family so it just made sense and it has been worth every penny, OSS!

The innova inversion table itm5900 came on time and well packaged with no shipping issues of either time or damage. Everything fit together very well, and functioned perfectly. It is substantially built and offers a better range of motion options than some of its competitors. The massage/heat unit functioned flawlessly and provides additional comfort.One of the biggest selling points was that out of approximately 175 reviews 160 were very, very positive. I read a heck of a lot of the reviews and the overall tone was (deservedly) positive which made me feel more comfortable about making the purchase. Almost as comfortable as the table makes me feel after I use it! I would definitely buy this product again.
This is the highest quality product, heavy duty and built to last. It really works great and the heat and massage feel fantastic.My spine feels so much better that each time I use it I feel half an inch taller and way more relaxed, also my back is getting straighter too! The initial set-up took an hour because the materials and made strong and the design is first class. Safety is their prime concern and the safety features built into it reflect this. I have used other units in the past that were cheaply built with sub-standard material and they were shaky and a little scary but not this one... If you have any back pain this will help you and you'll wonder why you didn't buy it earlier.

I was afraid that I would not be able to put it together by myself because some of the reviews are pretty scary, but I put it together in about an hour. I am disabled, it came with all the tools needed to put it together, all it took was a little patience. The only complaints I have are 1, the neck rest is really not adjustable without tools. so you cannot adjust it for each person easily. 2. the remote control is awkward, the cord is not long enough and there is nowhere convenient to put it. Good luck getting it into the little tiny pouch they provide on the side of the table. It's hard to use while you are inverting with the short cord provided. I've only been using this for 3 days so I can't comment on long term, but I'm very pleased so far. The heat/vibration is a pleasant addition. The unit is very sturdy. I have very small ankles and the ankle collars are quite comfortable. They adjust according to the size of your legs. I'm using this 2 to 3 times per day. I have osteoporosis and a small scoliosis and quite a bit of low back pain. I have noticed that I'm not having nearly as many muscle spasms. I was able to work about 2 hours in a flower bed this morning. Earlier this summer I could only work for 15-20 minutes before developing spasms. While seeing a chiropractor for treatments we discussed an inversion board and he felt it might give relief between treatments. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
