Perfect fit for the m2000! Beware, I ordered clear expecting to get a clear holder where I could see my device clearly. This is more of a "translucent white" that you cannot actually see through. This might be known to others who do 3d printing, but this threw me for a loop, and I would have ordered black to match had I known. Seller was excellent to work with and shipping was faster than projected. They even worked with me to create a custom mount for another hotspot!

Awful device

I bought this device from T-Mobile with the intention of using it at my office (I rent a small office outside my home). If you use 5G, you will get disconnects all the time. If you switch to 4G it is more reliable but speed is awful. My iPhone works way way better if I share it as a hotspot than this device. Unfortunately the data plans for iPhone stop too low for me (I use Zoom a lot) so that's why I ended up using this. On a bad day, it's like having no internet connection at all. I am currently looking for alternatives.

Great Mi-Wi hotspot, great shipper. No complaints.

This product was like new, packaged well, and contained the Inseego 5G, battery and charger with cable. The was a slight flaw in the screen, (very thin white vertical pixel) but not enough for me to think badly of the product. It activated well witht a new SIM chip, and works very well in every area i have tried it. The price was exceptionally resonable and arrived as discribed with a very few days.

Great bang for the buck.

I'm not sure of why people don't like this HotSpot. After activation and prompting it to update this thing kicks butt!!! I'm in the county down in the sticks. Download 88.6 mbps. Upload 9.7 mbps and pinging every 67ms. I don't think that's to bad. Should be able to stream several devices with that type of performance. I recommend.

Hidden abilities

Great hotspot. Bought it to game and stream in my rv when I traveled and at first wasn’t working well after speaking to the tech at inseego. I changed my contacts to 4g instead of 5 g for gaming and it worked flawlessly. Anyone gaming with issues of connectivity call them and they can help you configure the hotspot to what you are using it for! A lot of tech in that small thing!

Horrible!!!!!!!!!

In my opinion, this MiFi wifi SUCKS!!!! I've had it since July 2022 and it is now October and this is my SECOND box. It has successfully worked for a month, after that I've been to TMobile every couple of weeks because it doesn't work. It seems like it picks and chooses what its going to allow to connect and work for. My main purpose of this was to work from home but I no longer can. My devices all connect to the MiFi but only my security cameras work on it. My laptop, phone, and firetv connect but dont work at all, I just get connection errors. Don't buy this, its a complete waste of time and money

Poor Signal bad hardware

I would advise you not to subscribe or venture into getting this service. If there is star less than 1 I will give. The signal is not up to 1G. You can't use it to stream videos. It wouldn't work. The hardware is not good. The touch screen reluctant to response.

Terrible Service

It never has any service. I LOVED the idea of not having to use the hotspot on my phone, which is literally the only reason I purchased this device. Used it the day after I got it and thought it was so great! … I thought it’d last longer than about 4 hours? Hasn’t successfully connected to any of my devices, no matter what property I’m at. SO FRUSTRATING that my phone should be the same service and it works wonderfully!

A terrible waste of money don't buy! From day one had connetivity issues and would drop every 3 minutes, I made the mistake of purchasing this and T mobile my carrier would not refund my purchase. The sales rep did not mention you have 14 days to return. They mailed it out to me and took almost 2 weeks to receive (there goes the 14 days) this is a bad hot spot and once you use up your alloted space you can only crawl until next month when it resets. Your mobile carrier will not support you if you have issues or trouble. I just wanted to write this to anyone who might have idea to buy this

Top to bottom waste of money. Go get the Netgear nighthawk m1 for cheaper, more reliable, faster internet.

Literally worthless. DO NOT BUY THIS, if you plan on doing anything other than basic web browsing. I bought this because I've been using my phone hotspot for a while and I've been gaming on my phone hotspot, watching movies in 4k ect. So I bout this to have a dedicated hotspot in my home and ITS LITERALLY USELESS! It gets half the speed my phone's does (both on 5g) it won't connect to my tv, or playstation, it can't stream anything above 480p, it can't even connect to league of legends! It works for basic googling and it barely does even that. I've had it for 3 days, 3 days of messing with every setting contacting my isp and talking with them about it.Apparently it used to be a great device but as of June 10th 2021 an update was released that completely ruined ... MoreLiterally worthless.
