This is the first Gimbel/selfie stick I have purchased and still getting to learn the software. My first impressions are great using it with my Pixel 6. Don't understand why it doesn't take 360 panorama's only 3x3 wide shots or 180 degree panorama. The tracking function works perfectly. Looking forward to taking steady video's.

It is a great unit, tracking is very fast and very reliable. It is small collapsed and easy to carry, battery life is outstanding, the extention rod is great, the small tripod is very handy. I pull one star for two reasons. 1. I wish it was possible to use the zoom wheel for focus, so you could do fucus pull. 2. It is a bit limited in tilting i wish it had more tilt available. It is better than the DJI in everything except dji has focus pull. But maybe there will be an app update to switch between zoom and focus in the future. I hope so.

It is a 5 start product (even compared to other much more matured gimbal stabiliser companies) .It is incredibly sturdy.The selfie stick is on par with other Insta360 invisible sticks.There a few drawbacks tough :1. In the Android app you can only film up to 4K 30 FPS (even if the phone is capable of 8K) - not sure if on Apple it allows 4K 60FPS (Some other brands do have a difference in the Android app vs the iOS app) -but this can be probably fixed with a software update. I've had the Insta360 Flow for a week now. The tracking is amazing, and I'd probably give it a 4 or 5 star rating if I was pairing it with an iPhone. Once I can access manual settings in the Insta360 app while using the Flow with my Samsung S23 Ultra (assuming future updates to the Insta360 app will enable manual settings for android), then I'll be thrilled with the Flow.
I'm a bit disappointed with my order of the Flow gimbal. I own a Sony Xperia 1V phone because of the camera, and were looking forward to the functions that the gimbal offered. In the compatibility list my phone were not even mentioned but I desided to give it at try. Many of the benefits from the gimbal are only for iPhone, and android user are limited to much. The 360 photo are not supported and the 60 fps either. As a android user with Sony phone, I can't recommend this gimbal.
Many features as advertised are not compatible with Android phones, for example "Dolly Zoom". I have the S22 Ultra and I've been facing a lot of problems. The app experience is definitely not as advertised. Also as soon as I connect the app, it says turn off smart network switch in settings. There's no such setting in Samsung. You have totally ignored the android user base, hope you add the camera support on all the 4 cameras of the phone. There is constant weight balance issue in 360 surround photos, the motor buzzez like crazy. I have to struggle & set it up for 10 mins.
Having read the write up and watched several YouTube reviews of the 360 Flow. I just had to but one and try it for myself. What an amazing piece of kit. I don't think it could get much better. I wouldn't say it had functions - it has super powers. Totally awesome and amazing piece of kit. Lightweight and highly practical.
This new product didn’t disappoint. Just used it at a business conference and was able to get shots that would have required a much larger set up in the past. Tracking features are great. The design makes it incredibly easy to carry with out a bag. It has taken some time to learn all the features, but it has been a game change for business video production.
Seems to work well. It's certainly small, easy to use and very stable. Some app features are not available on my Pixel 7 Pro. This is hard to understand as the same features (such as choosing different cameras, and different frame rates) do work with other third party apps like Filmic Pro. Delivery was a week later than specified with no apology or reason given!
This is my next order from insta360. The workmanship is perfect! This is the best selfie stick I have ever seen! The device sits in my hand very massively. Delivery is very fast. I am very satisfied and will shop at insta360 again.
